I came all the way from Dunkirk, ordered 3 Large fries and was missing one, which is super annoying when it’s expensive food and you go all the way home and it’s missing.
The place was beyond busy.

Best chicken sandwich! I really enjoy their spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries and Coke Zero. Their milk shakes are awesome and especially their strawberry milkshake. The service as always is first class. They made us feel welcome and appreciated. We’ll be back again soon!

The line was very long, but the workers did a really good job of making food quickly and keeping everyone moving. Food was hot, fresh and delicious! Thank you! :)
It's unequiped to deal with the rushes of students that come after classes, and they sometimes forget to cook the food all the way to get more food out

I used to go here for Band trips, since we had Ball State performances, but since I have graduated in 2019, I no longer go anymore, but, I have went there for 4 years, so I think I can have an easy idea if how I'm reviewing this. This Chick-fil-A is really good! The fact it's in campus is really amazing, Ball State students are blessed with such an awesome restaurant. The staff are quick and kind when ordering. The food comes in mere minutes after ordering. The food is always fresh, and taste absolutley amazing. If you're a student at Ball State, and haven't been here, where the heck are you at when it's time to eat?! Really great place to eat.
