Best chicken sandwich! I really enjoy their spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries and Coke Zero. Their milk shakes are awesome and especially their strawberry milkshake. The service as always is first class. They made us feel welcome and appreciated. We’ll be back again soon!

I used to go here for Band trips, since we had Ball State performances, but since I have graduated in 2019, I no longer go anymore, but, I have went there for 4 years, so I think I can have an easy idea if how I'm reviewing this. This Chick-fil-A is really good! The fact it's in campus is really amazing, Ball State students are blessed with such an awesome restaurant. The staff are quick and kind when ordering. The food comes in mere minutes after ordering. The food is always fresh, and taste absolutley amazing. If you're a student at Ball State, and haven't been here, where the heck are you at when it's time to eat?! Really great place to eat.

delicious food. i appreciate the kindness of the staff but i can only give 3 stars because i was told "my pleasure!" 6 separate times during my brief visit! lowkey kind of annoying. it would be cool if they switched up the responses a bit so it seemed less robotic.
