Love the chicken nuggets and mac n cheese. Don't care for the undercooked waffle fries. Need more attention to order accuracy. Seems like every other time I order dipping sauces are wrong. Curbside employees have always been polite.
Update 3-18-26: Downgraded food rating to 2 stars. Last 2 orders of nuggets were overcooked and chewy. And please, fix the giant pothole in the back...it's been there for at least 6 months and getting worse.

We get there 10 mins before breakfast stops being served. We order through the app so it’s a simpler process. We get stuck in the drive thru for 25 mins, now 10:45, 15 mins after they “stop serving breakfast”. Get up to the order station and tell them we have a mobile order to be told they can’t make it because it’s after 10:30 and they stopped serving breakfast. I explain we ordered it before they stopped and have been stuck in their slow drive thru for almost 30 mins and then got told again they can’t do it. Had to order something else and they literally asked if we wanted them to refund the original order- obviously since we never received said order. We proceeded to wait another 15 mins to get our food, in which the fries were cold and the chicken was overcooked. Terrible experience and will never be back.

Quick time through drive thru and order was accurate
I’m very disappointed in Chick-Fil-A @ the moment. The issue is extremely unprofessional & disheartening. I had the opportunity to speak to one of the employees that I know that works there. I hope, moving forward this issue can get resolved sooner rather than later.

Chick-fil-A is always a good food stop, been to this location multiple times for lunch and dinner, never had an issue, today's stop was for breakfast, and it was a 15 minute ordeal (probably more), after sitting at the window for about 5 minutes watching the employees pretty much just stand around, I realize apparently the morning crew does not have the customer service initiative that the lunch and dinner crew has. Highly recommend going here as the food is great, but I wouldn't go for breakfast unless you have lots of time to spare.

Walked here for lunch while my car was being worked on nearby. It was crazy busy and I ended up having to sit outside, which was okay because it was much quieter. Natasha is an absolute sweetheart, as she came out to check on me to see if I needed anything. Having been in retail management for many years, she is the type of employee that I would want to have!
