I came all the way from Dunkirk, ordered 3 Large fries and was missing one, which is super annoying when it’s expensive food and you go all the way home and it’s missing.

Super bummed to drive 40 minutes from Randolph County to find out you don’t offer pup cups anymore. Had our dog with us and she was not happy she didn’t get one. One less reason to go out of our way to come here anymore.

I waited in line 13 minutes for one chicken grilled sandwich, lg french fries, and ice tea. I received my order. Drove away and ate French fries were cold.
This is the weirdest chick fil a setup I’ve seen. Placed mobile order, get there then I have to get in the same drive thru lane as everyone else…finally get to the window and I still have to wait! What was the point of the mobile order…I literally spent 30 minutes in this drive thru…this is weird. This fix!

Person who took our order sighed over and over after each item ordered and was very obviously not happy that we were ordering at all. The receipt says the cashier was Misty but it sounded like an annoyed teenage boy. As someone who used to work fast food, I get that a rush is sometimes hard to handle but you don’t have to be rude to your customers. If you hate your job so much go get a different one. Came to Chick-fil-A to make a bad day better but this order takers attitude just made me even more irritated.

Consistently great food and exceptional service! This Chick-fil-A never disappoints. The staff is always friendly, fast, and attentive, even during busy times. The restaurant is clean and well maintained, and they really go above and beyond to make sure every visit is a pleasant one. Whether it’s a classic chicken sandwich, waffle fries, or one of their refreshing lemonades, everything is always fresh and delicious. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here. My family is very loyal to chick fil a. We basically eat it once a week. The customer service has become really poor lately, they barely even greet you and have attitude. Additionally, they forgot our Mac and cheese which is the only thing my tube fed son will eat. Really disappointed.
I called in about a uber eats order I placed and the manager Courtney was extremely rude and unhelpful. All I wanted was to have no ice in my lemonade because it wasn’t an option on the app.
