I need to give the biggest shout out to CHILIS here in muncie. My little man has struggled for months with contact from anyone and for the past two days I've asked him what restaurant he wanted his birthday dinner at. He chose chilis and we weren't really sure why until, we get there and for some reason and what I can only put it to as GODS way of working, he attached to almost every woman working in that place. He walked up to them and told them he loved them kissed and hugged them. My momma heart melted beyond words and I fought back the tears so hard. Two woman very special woman I will say Holly and Gracie!!! Two of the most sweetest amazing woman of all. Held him, loved on him, sat on the floor and rubbed his back, said they loved him, offered discounts to us, told me I was an amazing mother, the list goes on but the words can not explain how much they made this night for him. When we left he said I want my girls to play pop my pig with me, the new game he got today for his bday.( pop the pig). He had the BEST BEST time and I feel like GOD put my baby in there for a reason and blessed him with a peacefulness and calmness he hasn't been able to find in MONTHS. Thank you HOLLY, GRACIE, AND CHILIS IN MUNCIE. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST AND WE WILL NEVER FORGET THIS!!!

The food was absolutely fantastic and the service was actually almost on par with a high end sit down restaurant. It was absolutely unbelievable.
The server was absolutely on top of everything and checked on us often to make sure that not only drinks were refilled but food was what we expected it to be.
Definitely will be back since we haven’t been to a Chili’s in many years. This now kind of sets the tone, good job. If you’re thinking oh well it’s just a Chili’s well it’s a damn good Chili’s!
Great food and even better customer service! The new manager made a huge difference!

Got glared at when I asked for more salsa when I saw I only had one for two bags of chips. Asked for two more then was told that I could only have one when she walked to get it. She came back and I said that I wanted two. She denied it. I said I want to speak with the manager. They gave me the extra salsa then when I got home I realized that they had only given me one bag of chips instead of two. Just terrible service and if the order was filled correctly then this would not have happened. Then I noticed that both burgers were not made correctly. They were both were supposed to have no pickles no onions and with lettuce. One with mayo and one with mustard. Instead I had two burgers with mayo and one had lettuce and pickles.

I’ve drove bye this restaurant for years and never have eaten there. It is my new favorite place. Been there twice in a month. The wings are outstanding got the double cheeseburger last night WOW. And the chips and salsa blows that Mexican restaurant out of the water. Yes you have to pay for these , but trust me they are worth it. Both times we had Service. Please give them a try.

Everything was going alright until my server insisted that I ordered more beer than I actually did. And instead of working together with me to find a solution to her mistake, she just left me alone mid-discussion with no other choice but to pay an extra $6.50 for a drink I never received. Very unprofessional, very inconsiderate of the employee. I don’t remember her name but whoever a girl named Piper that shadowed this employee on Dec. 2nd 2024 needs to get retrained herself to be honest on how to keep a tab for a group. I wasn’t the only order she messed up that night also.
If I was lying about this then I wouldn’t actually take the time to type this review, but I know for a fact I only ordered one drink. Not two. This is messed up
