I had a Chipotle gift card, so I stopped here to get takeout last Wednesday and they were fairly busy for 2pm. Ordered 2 burritos, one steak, one chicken. There were no fajita vegetables available, and they were low on black beans, so they apparently compensated by giving LOTs of rice, which was only lukewarm. The steak was "chewy" (as described by my husband). I have always thought that Chipotle was fairly equivalent to Qdoba, which is where we usually go (often, and with consistently excellent results). Having used up the gift card, I will not be going back to Chipotle.

I always order through the app for delivery. This is the 2nd time in a row that I haven’t gotten my chips & guac. Today I found a hair in my bowl. Absolutely disgusting!

Ordered lunch for delivery. They made my driver wait till they took care of everyone in the lobby first. My time is valuable. I did not appreciate my order being pushed to last. I'll spend my money where my time is respected and I'm just as important as if I was placing and picking up my order in person.

I love the food, would give it 6/5 and the service is great too. I've eaten there with individuals with food allergies and the staff were very careful to change gloves.The atmosphere is only so low because seating is awkward, wish it was better.

I got a bowl with a gift card I was given.13 dollars for our most tender cold chewy steak,Rice that was uncooked and crunchyAnd a portion that was half of what qdoba down the road gives me for less $.I wouldn't even waste the gas to come back for the free refund . Terrible.

Placed a $500 catering order on Wednesday for a company holiday party on Friday. Received an email the day before stating “the order will be ready tomorrow” with an order number. Food never delivered. When we called the restaurant, they said someone forgot to print the ticket so the food wasn’t made or delivered. They did NOTHING to reconcile their error!! Shameful customer service! Will not make that mistake again and I suggest you don’t either! Find another caterer for your event!
This place uses a lot of rice bran oil as their main cooking oil in their rice, beans and meat. Rice bran is the brown fiber byproduct in the rice making process. Instead of being thrown out they put it through a tremendous amount of processing to create an extremely unnatural oil and then use it as cooking oil likely due to being extremely cheap garbage. These oils are shown to negatively impact hormones and could mechanistically cause many diseases. The flavor of the meat is not consistent. It seems that the quality of meat fluctuates. The customer service is mostly awesome. The indoor seating is very limited. It's very expensive for the quality of ingredients you're receiving.

Honestly, I would have never expected to actually leave a review for something like Chipotle.... but I came in today and had the greatest experience I think I have ever had at a food establishment. Jack, Kylen, and Jen legitimately turned one of the worst days I've ever had into the best. I came in upset at life due to personal circumstances and the incredible kindness and effort displayed by these three turned everything around... and I left with the biggest smile that i could not have ever expected to have. :)To these three, thank you so much again and I will be sure to come back soon!!!

I want to thank the girl at the drive threw who helped me today and the manager I come there all the time and was unable to come inside due to a leg injury.the girl who helped me was patient and so nice.i don't live in Muncie so when I go there I drive a few miles to get there again thank you so

The woman that was making my food was so rude. The atmosphere just seemed really tense. Nobody seemed happy. Everybody seemed very annoyed. They wanted to rush people out. There’s not very many options when it comes to building your food. I was very unhappy by my whole experience.Parking: Very tiny parking lot very easy to get into an accident
