The kids had a great time at their cousin's bday party. The only thing I was disappointed about was the 'new' addition of trampolines. They aren't included in any of the bday packages and are $12 PER CHILD 😲 to me, that's just too much, especially if you have 6-8 kids. I mean, the party itself was over $200, it would have been nice to have even a discount for party goers, or even just the bday child.

They really need to update the arcade. They have a space available for kids to jump. However it is NOT included with a party package. Ridiculous. It is offered at a discount of $8.00 per child with a party package. The employees who did our party were very uncomfortable and didn't seem to have much experience with children. I wouldn't recommend for a party. I would recommend for a family night out. The pizza was good and everything looked clean.

Had a wonderful blessed birthday day with my daughter playing games and enjoying a delicious barbecue deluxe pizza. Can't forget before leaving getting prizes with tickets from playing games.

Great place to go with the little ones if it's snowing or rainy. Having the monthly pass makes it very affordable. The staff is friendly and nice to the kids. Cool place too be a kid!

Seems like headed downhill. Games are continuously broken or not paying out points. Staff is mostly nice but a couple of them seem very bothered to actually help when needed. Food is fine but nothing new or surprising that it is not the most affordable place to eat or take the family. Just wish they would stop getting rid of games and not replacing them and actually fix then to pay out points or work at all.

Great for children, sometimes some of the games are down, or take your points and dont work. But they do have a great monthly subscription, there are 3 options with free points everyday, deals, etc.

Everyone was very nice at the Muncie, Indiana location. It is very spacious and wasn't busy at all on a Sunday evening. We will definitely come back. The ones close to our home an 1.5 hours from Muncie are terrible! I wish they operated more like your establishment. I do wish they would bring back their salad bar. If they had that it would make everything perfect for our family. Thanks for an enjoyable experience from the guy working the counter who was veru helpful to management it was all around a positive experience. Thanks again!
