I did like Chuck e cheese until recently they took out all the good games so you hardly end up with any tickets and a trampoline is a joke you have to buy socks they are non-slip $12 another $15 to buy a pass to jump on the trampoline way too much money for that we will not be going back place was terrible

They took the salad bar out, in which sucks. Half of the games & rides didn't work correctly. It was my 1st time there & none of the workers explain anything to you like where to pick your food up at & where to get drinks. I doubt that I will go back there again!

Their food isn't the greatest, but their service is on point! I am a BIG ski ball fan! I love it, my Daughter loves it. Definitely a great place to take your kid's to unwind and have a blast!

Had a birthday party there for my 7yr old. Need to train the party staff better. Maybe all the questions like the type of pizza & ice cream could be done when you book the party instead of the party host asking the parent every 2 minutes.

They got a lot of new games which is really fun. They just added a trampoline which we thought we were going to get to wnjoy. But they require non slip socks which you have to purchase and they are $8.99/piece. So we did not get to participate unfortunately. My kids were very disappointed. I think any socks should be allowed. It just seemed like a money grab and not for the kids actual enjoyment.

Terrible Customer Service. We ordered pizza and boneless chicken and it sat in the window for 15 minutes or longer before they brought it to us. We did go in a couple hours before closing time, but thats no reason to be unfriendly and let our food sit and get cold.

We went here for our daughter's 8th birthday party and had the party pack. The staff were nice and friendly. We did have a lot of fun playing games, and the pizza was really good. However we did the have multiple issues. The entrance to the party area was to small and not all of our party guests made it through to the celebration, missing singing Happy Birthday. The happy birthday song was about 7 minutes late. For an adult 7 minutes isn't a problem, but for a child surrounded by friends and games it is an eternity. The trampoline was $8 per child with the party pack, which in my opinion is to expensive. We were supposed to receive I've cream, but they never brought it. At the end of the party, we felt rushed out. When we were at the prize counter, an alarm started going off and I felt like it was a means to rush everyone out. Will we be returning? Maybe, but not with a party pack.
I love taking my granddaughter to Chuck E Cheese..the environment is ALWAYS kid friendly..the store & restrooms are kept clean..Chuck E Cheese is a great place for kid parties...a few party packages to choose from...or just an evening of fun....the staff are friendly & they have new games... I loved playing the HALO.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly....Chuck E Cheese also has a kid checker....don't worry someone else won't end up walking out with your child

Honestly our first time taking our son here they offer a wide range of pizzas bread sticks etc the plus for me was there salad bar! I was impressed it was a little expensive but well worth it there pizza in my opinion is better than any pizza in Muncie Indiana by far and can't forget the salad bar and my son had a blast! Lastly you can order Carry-out to go!
