I ordered a pizza and some bread sticks had a hair in my pizza tried to call back couldn't get an answer then the next day I'd rather reported it to the next manager and they wouldn't give me a new pizza or a refund and I had all the proof that there was a hair in my pizza plus I called

I am a dasher and I went there there was only 2 people in the store on a Friday night and one of them is a drivee so only one cook really, so I was thinking long wait this is going to be fun. To my amazement that girl working push the customer out quickly and with a smile. Not only that she greated every customer and let them know what order she was on about how long it would take. And the people was just moving in and out with out any craziness. So big coodles to this work.

I've always had great food and service from Cousin Vinny's but tonight they must've added that extra special something? 😆. I just had a pepperoni n mushroom pizza with a side of traditional wings. The meat on the wings always falls off the bone, and are never cold! Their pizza is always great but in my opinion they have the best wings in town! Everybody did their part tonight, and deserves some praise. Thank you Cousin Vinnys! I work 3rd shift, so its hard to find great food this late, so also thank you for always being open, and always serving the best food, and customer service, no matter how busy ☺️

I think that if you spend over 30 dollars on some food and it gets messed up though the app and you call and thay tell u there is nothing they can do 2 replace that order with that being said I am done with this place

I must say, there is some new staff and they are much much better!! I truly appreciated their customer service anf helping me decide on a sub. They suggested the veggie revival with carolina gold sauce.....AMAZING!!! THANKS GUYS!

We love this place everything we've had has been awesome one complaint is the hours because I could really use some pizza for lunch from them but love the late night hours that is a plus but maybe like 1pm -1am
Called to place an order for delivery which was the $15.99 meal deal, subtotal came to $25.96, tax came to $2.46, delivery fee was $5.50.....sooo I have gathered from all the charging info that my order was not rang up as the $15.99 meal deal that included one large one topping pizza, an order of bread sticks or cinnamon sticks, and two fountain drinks as the end total came to $33.92! If you order from here whether have it delivered or pick it up ALWAYS ask what the end total comes to, I get told one amount over the phone then it's totally different when my order arrives! Was told the wait time for my delivery would be 45 minutes or less and almost 2 hours later I had to call twice to find out why I hadn't gotten my order yet and wasn't told anything except that it should be on its way and the employee I spoke with was very rude and disrespectful and they hung up on me twice! I will not be ordering from Cousin Vinny's again, they have lost me as a customer for good! Really wish I could give 0 stars on service and food !
