We have done so previously and it's always on the spot on and their employees are always professional and courteous. Plus they deliver across town, which is a Plus for me. Had a delivery scheduled for 12:45 am due to lunch break being at 1 am. I left specific instructions that the driver was to call when they got there due to can't just walk away from work to go wait on a delivery plus I wanted to tip the driver. Never got a call. Tried to call the store and no one would answer the phones. I just want my money back!

Normally I really like cousin Vinny’s but this time I could barely hear the guy who was working and he took a phone call in front of us while we were checking out and started cursing at the person on the phone.then when we got our food we took it home and the sweet sticks we bought didn’t have any cinnamon sugar on them. The pizza was good but still very disappointed.
We love their pizza! It's always still piping hot when it's delivered, and it's always ready early when I'm picking up (I literally order and then leave right away.) They have a deal for a medium pizza, breadsticks, and 2 drinks which runs me about $23 with extra toppings, delivery, tax, and tip (I believe it's just $13.50 if you don't add stuff.) If I pick up, I can usually get out of there for a little over $12 with their carryout deal. Their 20 oz. drinks come in reusable cups, which they change every season. It's silly, but we really enjoy that. They also have a rewards program, so we have enough points for a free pizza about every 6th time we order. It's just a take-out store, so there's not a lot of ambiance, but it always smells great in there. The staff is really friendly. The delivery drivers are also very pleasant (even the time my dogs got out - they just wanted to say hi, but they're big dogs, and it was probably scary. He kept it together like a pro!) I highly recommend.
Parking: Always plenty of parking.
Kid-friendliness: It's a take-out spot, but there are a few chairs if you have to wait, and nobody cares if your kids are loud.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is disabled parking and a ramp close by. The entrance will accommodate a wheelchair, but the door is not automatic. It isn't particularly heavy, but if you needed help, I'm sure the staff would give you a hand.

Cousin Vinny's in Muncie is exactly what you need it to be. The pizza is good for the price. They are open late, which is why I get it (night shift). My only complaint is that they fail to follow the small requests of online orders such as no ice in the drinks or lightly baked breadsticks. I have also gotten a few drinks only half full from them. Other than that, they are the best deal around.
