They apparently have new management as it used to be great. We've had bad experiences on last two trips. First trip i went up to get some ranch dipping sauce for my cheese curds as ive done many times. I was tild that now they charge extra for any sauce. Second trip we waited almost 30 minutes for our order, when it finally came, they had several things wrong and had to fix. Also the chili was inedible. It was basically flavored water with barely any meat, beans, etc. It appears to me that they have new management and are trying to increase the bottom line and don't care about people having a good dining experience.

First time experience with this restaurant the take a number and them bringing the food to me had a McDonald's feel to me but y'all them fries was hot fresh salted perfectly burger was great and the salted caramel concrete mixer at the end this was one happy fatkid

I only gave the food 3 stars because it wasn't my favorite. We ordered the cod sandwich and the shrimp that were just ok. Chicken tenders were pretty good and the cheese curds were great. I'll probably just stick to the butter burgers from now on. They're really good and the shake was good although it was still too thick to drink about 20 minutes later. I do appreciate a thick shake but this one was a bit much. I guess it ended up being a concrete mixer when I got home. Haha

On November 20, 2024, I visited Culver's to purchase a meal for my cousin's belated birthday supper. My cousin chose a Butterburger with no tomatoes or pickles yet, added mustard to the sanwich, a medium order of onion rings, and a medium Diet Coke. I ordered a medium order of onion rings and a large rootbeer for myself. As usual, the cashier was very kind and professional and thanked me with their awesome "MY PLEASURE". A lot of businesses in Muncie could and should follow this example. The food was outstanding. I'll definitely return.
The food is great but very over priced I have fish but I could have went 500 more feet and better tasting and better priced fish at long John silvers fish so that's why I gave a 3
