Staff is always very friendly, but the quality of the drinks has gone down recently. Ordered Taro and the taro monster earlier this week and it tasted watered down. Lacked flavor. Today I got a strawberry matcha and it was the worst matcha I’ve ever had. It was so bitter and thick. Tasted like ground up Tums and felt like drinking chalky water. I asked the girl working to remake it for me and the next one was just as bad.

Usually go here and the food and drinks are wonderful, a little pricey but good enough for a college student. Went here today and they may have been new, but it tasted like there was soap or some kind of cleaning product in both mine and my partner's drinks. We threw them out. Feel bad because I love this place, but you don't put cleaner near/in a drink :(

I came in a little over a week ago and after placing my takeout order on the tablet i sat there for about 40 minutes. When i finally got up to ask about my food after watching other people coming in and getting served I mention my order number and the lady behind the counter looks at me like im dumb them ask me my order number again so i repeat “Order #7”. She then say “Oh yea im just getting the salad for it” and comes back with my food 1 minute later and just sits it on the counter in a brown box as if i didnt order takeout. So i ask her for a bag to put it in and she acted like i was asking for a million dollars. There was only one person there at the time so i understand a little wait time but telling me “Oh yea im just getting the salad for it” after waiting 40 minutes is a little crazy. I would have respected her more if she was just honest and said she forgot to make my order. And i knew she forgot to make it because when she gave it to me it was cold but when i was walking in she was putting new stuff on the grill. I live less than 2 minutes from there and still had to microwave it when i got home. If I hadn’t already payed at the tablet with my card i would have just walked out after the first 20 minutes.

Don't go here if you think it's cheap. It's overpriced and the the drinks are watered down. The only good thing I like about this place is the staff. The last time I was here Dylan was wonderful. I went again a few days ago and the employees were amazing.

I love the employees here every time I walk in. The menu looks poorly made and the meals are expensive for what you get. The drinks are good but very expensive to add boba to it. The girls who were working today(ella and Nicole I think they're names were) were very polite and helped me try new drinks. I recommend the mango pineapple smoothie.

I went for boba and the place was a good atmosphere ?? but, the boba was not the greatest in the least. I got the Dino flavored one and it tasted like watered down milk, no flavor. For $7, and a small, I was hoping for a premium or better flavor. Overall, I have not tried the food yet, but the boba was mediocre. Friendly staff tho ??

I really do not understand how this place has 4.7/5 currently besides it was the only boba serving location in the city. The bubble drink was watered down, and the tapioca was uncomfortably undercooked. There was no flavor whatsoever, I threw it away because I really could not stomach a few more sips for the cost.IT IS NOT BUBBLE DRINK WORTHY, SAVE THE MONEY FOR A DIFFERENT DRINK ELSEWHERE

We went on a Sunday afternoon and they were super friendly and gave us a coupon and a fried rice sample. It tasted so good it made us regret we were only there for drinks that day!
