They charged me 7.50 for a chicken basket and don't give me any toast ...I told them I want the basket WITHOUT the drink they charge me for it anyway? The food was so Terrible i laughed and gave the rest of my gift card back to the person who gave it to me. Make it better.

I was running up my stairs a few mins ago with my shake and blizzard and triped on the 3rd floor and my blizzard fell all the way down the to the first floor the cup was a little busted but other than that my blizzard was perfectly fine didn't even leak 5 stars for sure

Muncie Indiana Dairy Queen by the mall is a favorite place to eat. The chicken strip meal with a sundae topped with your choice of topping is a perfect choice for me. Delicious ?

they don’t even deserve one star. the establishment is never clean, they only deep clean when a higher up comes, they were serving OUTDATED ice cream for days. as a customer and someone who worked there for 3-4 years on and off i can say by far the worst experience i’ve ever had. the management is terrible there.

I was very dissatisfied with our visit to this Dairy Queen today. Did a mobile order. Asked for extra ranch for my chicken strip basket which I paid for, wasn’t in there. Happens often. My fiancé went in to get it. They gave me one that had a dead nat stuck to the outside. He took that one back for a new one. Then he went to eat his burger and they put toppings he asked to be removed. He took it back in and then they left off a topping he did ask for. They also didn’t give us napkins which is annoying when eating greasy food. I normally don’t complain, but how many times does it take to get it right. And it is also disgusting that there are dead bugs on the ranch containers that go in the boxes with the food.

Disgusting. The food was horrible. The managers were just rude. Treating employees very badly. My ice cream tasted spoiled. Definitely would not recommend this location.

A little disappointed tonight with our visit. Didn't wait too long in drive thru which was good for once but got 2 blizzards and a large cone and the blizzards were melted and liquid and when he handed me my cone it was melting all down the sides already. I had to ask for napkins because it was already dripping. And for a large cone one little melted blop on top isn't a "large" cone. I feel like I'm paying for just a cone size. You would think a large cone got at least 2 or 3 levels, not 1 melted. Maybe one day they can get better at that.
Service was fine, but the food was not up to par at all. My food was barely warm as if it had been sitting out for a while, and both mine and my boyfriend’s fries were stale. There was also no ice in our drinks for some reason?It wouldn’t be such a big deal, but their prices are pretty high so it was definitely disappointing.

Very nice & clean facility. Drive-thru is fast, friendly. Lots of great menu options. Have ate here many times and yet to be disappointed. Great slushes too!

Great place to go if u are into ice cream. Especially blizzards. I also like their chicken strips and soft pretzels with cheese. The service is decently fast, as well. I will be going back in the near future. Don't forget, that if they don't hold ur blizzard ice cream upside down before giving it to u, then I believe u get your next blizzard either free or at a discount!!!

I have always loved this location. Today when going in I I a blizzard and the cashier, Jessica, did not flip my blizzard. I caught it an said you didn't flip my blizzard which means I get a free one. She looks at me and says yes you do and I can flip it for you. Well she goes to get other customers foods and when when comes back I ask or he coupon and she tells me that they don't always have to flip the blizzard that I got and refused to give me the free blizzard coupon. Why sit there and tell me 2 different stories an then refuse someone who caught you in not doing your job properly.

Just tried the new FLAMETHROWER and it was quite delicious. Great flavor and a good amount of heat. The service at the drive thru was very polite and easy to hear and understand. There was a fairly long line but it was well worth the wait.
