This is really about a 3.5 review. The place is small and the crowd was sparse, but the servers were friendly and attentive. The absolute highlight of the evening was the chicken soup. Great flavor in the very clear broth and the noodles were very good. Scallions sliced so fine they almost disappeared. I had the shrimp tempura and it was very crunchy like I expected.
