Honestly it’s hit and miss at the Tillotson location. I placed an order online for pick up last week and said no cheese on my sandwich again. When I went to eat it, it had cheese on it. I ended up trying to peel it off and it was burnt. I ended up throwing it out. Emailed customer service twice and NO RESPONSE. I won’t be ordering food anymore.

Was over charged on my order by a couple dollars. When I politely explained the situation was refunded full order price. Was definitely impressed and will be back. Thanks for the professionalism.

Everytime we go in here the staff is very rude. Today I ordered an iced tea. I brought it back to the counter because it was very light colored and tasted like ice water. I order iced tea all the time and it was off. Four girls working there looked at me and ignored me then a gentleman who works there stopped to help me. I was speaking to him and he offered to make me a new iced tea. Then another girl who works there tossed a tea bag at me said said that's how it's brewed and if I didn't like it I could brew it myself. She was so nasty towards me. The other girls working there stood around her with their hands on their hips giving me mean looks. I wasn't hateful or anything. I simply went to the counter to see if I could get my tea re-made or get something else. I was polite and respectful. This is not the first time the staff here on Sunday mornings has been rude and nasty. My boyfriend and I ended up throwing away our order and leaving. The staff there on Sunday mornings is so hateful.

Ordered 10 pumpkin munchkins, I got a mixture of chocolate, blueberry and glazed. Ordered a midnight coffee with almond and got a regular coffee with blueberry flavor. Had to individually ask for each item because the girl at the window was only handing us 1 thing and trying to shut the window! It was a ridiculous experience. Tried to call 3 times to get the order fixed or see what they could do and no answer. Won't be back here. I'll go to Starbucks.
