Ordered 10 pumpkin munchkins, I got a mixture of chocolate, blueberry and glazed. Ordered a midnight coffee with almond and got a regular coffee with blueberry flavor. Had to individually ask for each item because the girl at the window was only handing us 1 thing and trying to shut the window! It was a ridiculous experience. Tried to call 3 times to get the order fixed or see what they could do and no answer. Won't be back here. I'll go to Starbucks.

Just wanted to thank the people that served us a few minutes before close tonight! We just got a couple donuts but they made my 4 year olds night! He said he loved the Donuts and all the ladies working were beautiful for letting us get donuts tonight!
Every time I go, every single time, they are out of coffee rolls. How can that happen? I mean, I get that I’m old and grumpy, but…. Every. Single. Time.

I ordered my usual iced coffee in advance. They were not busy on an early Sunday morning. When I was handed my drink, I could tell it wasn't coffee by the color. I told the young lady at the window and no effort was made to help me. I moved on thinking maybe it was really weak and didn't taste it til about 20-30 min later. I was then sure it was wrong so I went back and went inside. Right away, I was told I was mistakenly given iced tea by the young lady who made it. I felt bad going in evidently unhappy, but the point was not the mistaken order. What upset me was that no care was taken to double check my order when I first brought it up. They weren't busy. You couldn't turn and double check it was coffee? Going forward, I hope you can do better and make me feel like I'm actually listened to.

update: there is genuinely something wrong with this location. why are we forgetting milk in my order. everytime something is wrong. it has to be cursed. 😠save your stress and go to the McGalliard location.
I think I've only ever had maybe two (2) drinkable drinks from this location. Which stinks because Dunkin is my favorite! They're super inconsistent and most of the time I can tell my drinks have been sitting out. Staff is super nice though.

I have no idea what’s going on at this Dunkin. We went through the drive through and got two drinks both the same. Except one large and one medium. When they said the price it wasn’t what it normally was so we asked if they made it with oat milk and they said no so then they fixed that, but then they didn’t make it caramel either. We didn’t realize until we got home and it was wrong. It was not busy at all either. I feel like caramel lattes are one of the most basic drinks compared to a lot of others.
