Quick service, but my drink was gross. It's tasted lovely at other locations, but this had milky flakes in the drink and just tasted bad. Will not be ordering here again.

I ordered a hot chocolate from them off door dash and it arrived as a coffee. I am HIGHLY allergic to coffee, they need to hire people who can actually read the orders that come in.

Who doesn’t like Dunkin Donuts Coffee ? Every time I go there I order a hot medium cup of coffee a sausage egg and cheese croissant it is delicious!! Plus the staff there is very friendly and upbeat .

Me and my family stop here weekly and LOVE it. My dad is a coffee critic and he actually likes there coffee. I like the frozen hot chocolates. There have been a few times the order has been wrong but they quickly fixed it no charge. Very fast drive through. The place is super warm and modern looking. And is well designed.

Overpriced. The only thing I would recommend is their vanilla bean coolata. We also got the bagel bites and they were okay. Very overpriced for what it is.

The line was slow as hell, everyone in the kitchen was just standing around, I went through the drive thru and it took longer than 30 minutes. They didn't listen the first time I ordered, and I had to retell them my order at the window and even then they still got my drink wrong!

I don't getting go very often but when I do, I always find something new on their menu.
Nothing but bad experiences at this location. Got 2 breakfast sandwiches and they tasted like some kind of cleaner, they skimp on espresso, I know because I've gotten the same drink from other locations they give you way more, and the workers just seem barely conscious. I'm going to look for a better place to get coffee.

I work for Door Dash and I have got to say the system is not that great for Dashers to pick up their orders. Not to mention the same girl working the window walked past me 6 times when the drive-thru was empty and not one time asked me if I had been helped. All while one other girl was running around like crazy trying to pull it all together. The food and Drinks are excellent. But need to work on the Customer Service BIG TIME!!
I've always loved DD.been a fan for 40 yrs the only thing I would suggest is place muffins in cases next to donuts so customers can see variety of options.

This location is one of the worst locations of Dunkin. The staff is all ball state students who are rude and just don’t seem to care much about there job. We order Uber cause my husband loves the coffee it won’t matter if you order at 6am or 2pm they just throw food into orders and leave a ton out or if they claim they don’t have something but I walk in and they do they add whatever they want. The staff talks to each other and if you need help they look at you like you just were rude to interrupt there conversations. We spend $60-70 dollars and our order is never ever right. From us ordering 25 donut holes mixed to getting 50 only chocolate donut holes. To ordering a chia but they don’t have a chai and they made something and it was beyond gross and made me sick instantly. This location needs help bad. Management does not care when you tell them but when someone like my other half who orders there nonstop and never gets the order he wanted. They don’t even tell you they don’t have something let you pick it up and when you look and call the managers come up with some excuse of why they did not have it or they are trying. It honestly like they all come to gossip with one another not do there job. I am getting sick of this and will be reporting this store to corporate.

Can't toast an English muffin?????? Cheese is burnt..but when I ask for a toasted English muffin for my sandwich,it can't happen??? I have had burnt English muffins from here but you now can't toast it? This is not a NewEngland Dunkin ...It's a bunch of halfwits,that don't know how to do anything,staffed by a bunch of girls,which is perfectly fine..but I've never seen one single guy work here..interesting..what does that say about the owner..so many other things I could go on about..
