This looked to be a brand new Dunkin! We went through the drive thru and got fast and friendly service. Donuts, coffee and refreshers were on point as usual! Thank you!!
I dropped by this morning for the first time and service was not great. No smiles on anyone and the guy who took our order wasn't very cordial. We stood at the counter for about five minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. My food looked terrible, donuts thrown into bag and no wax paper between them which caused the chocolate to be removed.I doubt I will be a return customer, too many other options with much better service and food in the area.

Take the extra time and drive to the Tillotson location. This one can't seem to make anything correctly. Three times now my frozen coffee has not had the chocolate on the cup and today it might as well have been an iced coffee not frozen, plus the cup was not full. Last week I got the snackin bacon and it was just little pieces. One time I had to wait 20 minutes while they got all the mobile orders ready and they were sitting there for quite a long time getting cold or warm (drinks). I asked twice about my order and was told that they were making it right then, which was not true. They are not friendly either.

Most of the time everything’s good. But sometimes the kitchen messes up my sandwich and keeps putting white cheddar instead of the American cheese I selected when making my mobile order. It’s not the worst thing in the world I just wish they would be a little more consistent
