Went to the drive through it was kind of slow but expensive for being considered a fast food restuaunt. The food was good. Spent 35$ for two people. I had the spaghetti bake and she had an Italian sub.

I picked up in drive-thru. Just ordered 12 breadsticks and sauce. These breadsticks were terrible ( not soft and flavorable like back in the day), they were dark brown, hard and hardly any flavor to them.

Food poisoning… Following dinner at this Fazoli’s, my wife and I both experienced very awful food poisoning, verified by med professionals. Our food was made incorrectly, and that also sucked, but food borne illness is very bad.

I just don't like their food, though the rest of my party seemed more than content. I can't explain what's wrong with it, I'm guessing it's something in the sauce. I cringed when everyone agreed on Fazoli's, unfortunately I didn't like it any better now than I did 20 years ago. To each his own, there were no complaints from the other 7 adults in my group. There was nothing wrong with the service or restaurant. Hmm, maybe they use a little cilantro, I hate that stuff.

You advertise unlimited bread sticks and that didn't happen and when we finally got our food it was cold.What surprised me you were not that busy at 4:00 in the afternoon. Sorry we went there!
