bought family dinner last night .pasta was clumped together could not stir in the sauce for fettucini and spaghetti properly the food was barely edible. breadsticks were great service was good. food was not what we were used to getting at fazolis. we have alwats known we could get a good italian meal at fazolis. wont be back until this is fixed

We dined in and our bill was around 35 dollars. we couldn’t get real silverware. They gave us plastic ones. My wife’s sampler meal had 1 meatball in it . Had another customer walk out because staff coughed over front prep area where food is passed through. Pretty disappointed with this experience..

I was sadly disappointed with our experience today. We both ordered chicken alfredo and were not even asked if we wanted a salad. The chicken was overly salty and the pasta was both over cooked and under sauced. The young man that took our order acted as if he didn't have much a clue what he was doing and had very little personality. Although it was clean it lacked the atmosphere that it used to have.

If I could give this a Zero rating that's exactly what it would be. I have not been to Frazoli in well over 3 years. Decided to go tonight got something simple, there sample platter. It was a Cold Mess, with no flavor and the sauces watered down like a bad rain. When I say this place will never, ever see another penny of my money. The food was not even fit for a palsom in the ally. Fazolis should be ashamed for letting such trash out the window to a customer.
Our cashier was Isaac Williams at the Fazolis on McGalliard in Muncie IN. Our service was amazing and the food was excellent! One of our favorite places to eat especially with the kids.

It's not Italian - it's Fazoli's! It's the iconic pasta-and-breadsticks powerhouse that you randomly crave approximately every seven months. And when you get that piping-hot pasta or that exquisitely-sauced pizza, when you bite into those heavenly breadsticks so drenched in garlic butter that they'd be inedible to an actual Italian person, you remember why.
This particular location is a little weird: there are three restaurants right in a row and Fazoli's is last, so you need to take the correct turn. Then, to use the drive-thru, as I did, you need to drive all the way around the restaurant to get in line.
Service is very prompt, though I don't know what they do when they're busy, as they only have one parking spot allotted to pull up to and wait for your order in.
Get a cup of Alfredo sauce to dip your breadsticks in and a brownie, and you won't be able to move for like four hours.
You're craving it, aren't you? Now go! Salvage some joy in this bitter world, then drown it in garlic!

One of the worst fazoli's we have ate at. Breadsticks were about only thing good. Wife and daughter ordered chicken alfredo and when they brought it out it had no chicken. They also forgot slice of pizza and side salad. When i went to counter they just gave me a plastic cup with chicken in it. It tastes really nasty. I got baked spaghetti and it was rubbery like spaghetti over cooked. Meat sauce was not very good either. Dinning supplies like napkins etc were almost all gone too. Will not eat at this fazoli's again. 10/27/2024. Biggest issue is my wife ordered a gluten free chicken dish and it turns out it was not gluten free so now she has been home sick for 2 days. The chicken almost looked like it had a type of breading but not a full breading like normal so hard to tell. The server seemed very put off if we asked for anything. It is supposed to be unlimited free breadsticks with dine in but they never give them to you when you order. We have to keep asking for them and this time they brought out after our meal.

My husband and I had dinner at the Muncie Fazolis tonight. Ashley was our server and was amazing! She was so super nice and had a very positive attitude. We didn't care for the self ordering. The food was delightful and fresh!
