The food was good and hot. I thought it took a little long especially since we were the only ones in there. I wasnt in a hurry so it was fine. I haven't ate here for years. I thinks it's because of the price. 3 ppl was close to 50 dollars. The kids taking our order was a greasy mess and needed a shower.

Bacon on Cheeseburger was burnt to a crisp, 0 friendly staff, 20 minute wait for 2 cheeseburgers and a grilled cheese, and the French fries taste like very old fryer oil!

The manager, or what I assumed was the manager, was super friendly and his communication with his team was fantastic. Constant redirection and updating on what was coming next which had orders flying fast. I can't have gluten so a lettuce wrap had to do and it was AMAZING! Best I've had in a minute.

The food was ok... but i found a hair on my cheese burger, and the fries are way TOO salty, I wasn't able to finish eating then, but the staff are very king, ngl and it's clean at the tables

Came here with my kids. The guy that rung up our order was friendly. Was expecting to get a bag full of fries after ordering 3 large fries with many other things.. my disappointment when I opened the bag and had just 3 cups of fries in it.. definitely not like the other five guys I've been to, where they fill the entire bag full... probably won't come back here. Not to mention the girls at the fry station snickering at all of us.. had over 7 people there and only 1 friendly... shame.. mind you I spent about $100 on food..
