The girl up front who takes your order is very condescending, rude and doesn't want to fix orders. She got my order wrong twice and probably didn't even give the owner my phone number. Like I asked. I had to go through drive-thru to get it fixed and offered me no deals

Waited roughly 15-20 minutes, ordered at the window and then had to order again at the pay window. Price was good but tastes like freezer burnt ice with flavorings not ice cream.The milkshakes are what you expect them to be, but I could not taste any form of butterfat in the products. I could buy a better ice cream from Walmart. This place has a lot of potential with it's loyal customers but I won't be going back.

Their policy is crazy trying to let yall know yall messed up talking about come up here so we can fix it 🤣 no I’m good I’ve had my banana splits messed up a few times but they have been busy and training people so I get it but today it was my shakes I just wanted a shake !!!

THE WAIT **IS** LONG. But it's 100% worth it. Stop being dramatic. Go here when you have time. Prices are 100% reasonable and the ice cream is 3,000,000,000% tasty. If you don't like Hunnicutt's, we can't be friends. Grilled cheese slaps.

It’s one thing to be charge $7+ for a large shake but it’s a whole different story when they leave 2-3 inches from the top every time you get one. I order a shake there 2-3 times a week and each and every time they do this. It’s beyond a slap in the face to customers who pay exorbitant prices for a shake and then not even fill it up all the way. I think I’m done going there for now on. A olace that doesn’t give there customers at least all of there money worth when charging those prices isn’t a business I can in good conscience support. Just greed

Food is amazing, Sherbert and ice cream are top notch, And the shakes ouuu boy, I'm from Tennessee so I always respect a small shop like this, I see these bad reviews and I just can't help but wonder why you have to complain to get discounted food, What about us day ones that are their daily customers haha, Love you Hunnicuts ?

My grandparents lived on Burlington Dr. As a kid I would visit them and my favorite spot was Hunnicitts ...the sherbet was always my favorite. I always make a trip to get sherbet if I'm within an hours drive... great food, awesome people, many memories!
