Like Jack's, but my son and i went there on a Friday morning and someone was there but doors were locked when the hours said they should have been open. Also now they are closed a couple days during the week. Not sure what's going on.

I come here just about every day because I am addicted to their boba. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. Most the time they remember me and always get my special order perfect. I once dropped my drink and they did not hesitate to replace it for free. I appreciate the good people and service.

Super nice manager, but man I’m let down every time I go , today I ordered in the drive thru and waited behind another car for over 20 minutes! How long can it take to pour a coffee or put a donut in a bag, I was a lost customer when this happened. Not to mention this hasn’t been the first time! They are always out of donuts even at 6-8 am , they a trucked in and not made in house and are stale and dry.We need a legit donut shop in town with hot fresh donuts like Tim’s bakery in McCordsville!

Honestly I felt bad. It was just two college age boys and they just didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I got 6 donuts and they were just thrown into bags. Now they’re missing half the frosting and or they’ve been mixed together. They also didn’t even stay at the register to see if we needed a receipt.

Vegetarian options: I didn't notice a that. But next time I'll look.Dietary restrictions: I can't eat gluten. So im not sure if u have gluten free donuts and sugar free donuts. Or any plant based foods. But overall the donuts are very good,very light not heavy on my stomach.

I have been struggling to find good and fresh doughnuts since moving to Indiana and I stumbled upon jacks doughnuts I must say they are delicious and great variety!!! Great prices and yummy doughnuts. Best doughnuts in Indiana so far! Staff was helpful and kind! They also have homemade dog treats!!!

The espresso-based drinks taste very watered-down. Almost like they pull the shots over ice before adding the rest of the ingredients to save money. Blech. Cheap business practices.

Donuts are easily one of my favorite foods. Jacks tends to be dry, stale, and overall not fresh. Donuts are on the heavy side with a poor selection. Went for the 4th of July this morning to get my kids donuts and they didn’t even have any decorated for the holiday. This will be my last time at Jacks. Deluxe donuts in Anderson or Tim’s bakery in Fortville are worth the drive for a much better donut. Settle for Concannons even before you hit up Jacks Donuts.
