Ordered JJ because I had to work late, sadly my order was 3rd partied to Uber Eats. After 3-4 drivers accepted the delivery then cancelled, I called the store to see what my options were. Olive answered the phone and completely saved the entire experience, cancelled the order for delivery, changed it to pick up and presented me with the best sandwich any one who has worked 12 hours in ridiculous heat could ever eat. I order JJ quite frequently ( more than I honestly would like to admit) because of how amazing this location is and how freaky fast they deliver to my apartment. 10/10 I wish I could give more than 5 stars because this location always goes above and beyond and never fails to deliver tip top customer service!!!

I've been eating at the Jimmy John's on Martin st for years - always get great service and well made sandwiches! Employees are always friendly :)
Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian options, but look out, they don't switch gloves most times between sandwiches, so you may have meat juice touch your veggies.. This isn't an "always" - just maybe 30-50% of the time..
Parking: Parking is across the alley in a shared lot.. better to walk up to, or go thru the drive thru :)
