I'm from Portugal, and in my country, KFC chicken is excellent in flavor, size, and crispiness... I'm 100% disappointed with this KFC chicken. Here, it was served raw, not crispy at all, bland, and in small pieces, like parts of a crow! A word of warning to all tourists: never visit this place!

If you want a bucket full of soggy beat up chicken with extra dirty grease and juice at the bottom of the bucket, go here. The customer service is the worst. Long waits too up to an hour. Definitely need to shut down this location. This is their specialty apparently since many are saying this is how they serve chicken at this one location.

The worst been waiting 25 mins for my order only to be told they are out of chicken and it will be 30 mins before they have more made so I kindly asked for my money back so I could go somewhere else and I am told it’s corporate policy to not give refunds so now I have to wait they took away my options

This review is for the KFC on on tillotson avenue in Muncie Indiana. It never fails you can always expect your food to be nasty, old, over cooked. The biscuits are hard. The chicken skin is always dark almost burnt looking. Today the chicken skin was as if you were eating out of the bottom of the oil vat! Tastes and felt like sand in our mouth. The meat was like chewing the bottom of a dirty shoe. The gravy on the mashed potatoes was thin, dry looking and litery had cracks in it on the top of the potatoes. The coleslaw was hot and dry. Everything was just old. Last but not least the girl who took our order at the counter was higher than groceries, just on verge of passing out on the counter. Believe it or not this isn't the first time for this out come not the second or even the third, but the last 5 times my family bought food from there this has been the case. We are done. If you value your money you will not spend it here.

Picked up some extra crispy chicken for lunch and it was awful. The chicken was very dark and super saturated with grease. (I know it’s fried chicken, this wasn’t normal.) It was obvious that it is WAY past time to change the oil in the fryer. You could smell the old burnt grease as soon as you opened the box. Tried to eat a piece but all I could taste is nasty old oil, it coated my mouth, gross! 🤢 I live too far away to drive all the way back so it all went in the trash.
