I go to this location frequently and yet their service is always terrible. They never have pot pies. My order is always wrong. They don't listen to the order when it's being taken. This location needs to do better. We don't try to make food service workers jobs hard. Some people just do not need to be in customer service positions. Rude, unfriendly monotone voices.

Horrible service, wanted sweet tea, got unsweetened teas, our dr peppers were flat, no syrup, tasteless. The boxes were put in sideways, our biscuits squished. One of our mashed potatoes had gravy which is wasn't supposed to. We called the store to complain and the person who answered the phone immediately went to blame the doordash driver, how is it his fault when yall made the food. Disappointed, seems like after 7pm they become terrible, this is the second time this happened.

Usually they are on it but tonight the chicken taste like Walmart chicken, no flavor. The frys the same. The Mac and cheese the same. We spend entirely too much money to get this crap.

Had to bring chicken back it was Old and hard so was the biscuit. Got back to work and nothing was better, couldn't eat the skin and the grease needs changed

I'm from Portugal, and in my country, KFC chicken is excellent in flavor, size, and crispiness... I'm 100% disappointed with this KFC chicken. Here, it was served raw, not crispy at all, bland, and in small pieces, like parts of a crow! A word of warning to all tourists: never visit this place!

If you want a bucket full of soggy beat up chicken with extra dirty grease and juice at the bottom of the bucket, go here. The customer service is the worst. Long waits too up to an hour. Definitely need to shut down this location. This is their specialty apparently since many are saying this is how they serve chicken at this one location.
Got home cole slaw was warm and smells funny to much hassle to take back won't be going back to that location

The worst been waiting 25 mins for my order only to be told they are out of chicken and it will be 30 mins before they have more made so I kindly asked for my money back so I could go somewhere else and I am told it’s corporate policy to not give refunds so now I have to wait they took away my options
