First time there and the food and drinks were absolutely incredible! Definitely some of the best queso barría around! Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful food! Very good Mexican dishes with lots of flavor and good quality and quantity. By comparison, I was stationed in San Antonio Texas while in the USAF. The food at La Glorieta is as good as any Tex-Mex restaurant in San Antonio! Their dishes are 5 times better than the standard Americanized Mexican food served at the local Puerto places. Muy bueno!

This is the best Mexican food in Muncie by a mile. Believe me, as much as I love the other heavily westernized Mexican restaurants in Muncie, if you want genuine authentic Mexican food this is the best option not only in Muncie but the surrounding area. If I committed an awful crime and got put on death row, I would choose La Glorieta’s Quesabirria to be my last meal. That’s how good it is. After eating here, I told my friends they had to try it. When I finally managed to get them to go with me, not a word was spoken between all of us until we were finished with our food. We were dialed in, Absolutely focused, and only occasionally interrupted by the occasional expletive word uttered between bites. Everyone I’ve taken here has been converted and believes, like me, that this is the best Mexican restaurant in Muncie. I hope that this review can persuade you to try it out and become a convert as well. Definitely get the Quesabirria.

This was my first time having AUTHENTIC Mexican food in Muncie. I would normally drive to Anderson for AUTHENTIC Mexican food. La camarera/waitress was so helpful to explain any food I asked about. I ordered the Quesabirrias and a Tamirindo Jarritos - IT WAS "YUM YUM YUM YUM, DELICIOSO"! It came with cucumber, cilantro, lime, radish, 3 sauces (Green and smooth red were SPICY, but the red with the "stuff" in it is mild) and a dipping sauce or broth that is so good too!La camarera was so nice and talked with me, telling me about where she is from and making sure my food was satisfying. Minerva is her name and she gave the best service. The restaurant was cleaned. They played Las Bandas. Her husband and another person were taking care behind the scenes while she did things up front and worked the cash register.I'll DEFINITIVAMENTE be going back again!

All of Muncie's Mexican restaurants taste the same . La Glorieta brings something better to the table. Love the rice and beans. Taste fresh not out of a can. One of my favorite places to go.
