Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

First and foremost, the young, ignorant, disrespectful man, who is a manager, needs better training with talking to customers. This young man got smart with me twice in person and over the phone. Yesterday, my Chicken was Old, look good on the outside but was Old, had to take it back. Both orders total 50 dollars and some cents. When I asked this person if I could get a drink on Lee's, he told me "yeah, if you pay for it". He could of said "no I'm sorry you would have to pay for that or let me ask the head manager about this. Is this is the type of service we have to receive when we go to a restaurant ? By the time a seasonal manager asked if he could help, I didn't what to talk anymore, I left out the store, with thoughts of not returning anytime soon!!

Got some of the best chicken strips I've had in a long time here.
Really good slaw & green beans too.
They have real air conditioning! You definitely won't be hot and miserable eating here.

I ordered the chicken livers first thing in thr morning and they were nothing but mush. Should have been crispy but were a soggy mess. First and last time for this place. I ate them emediately in the car so it wasn't that they sat.

In Muncie for a work meeting and wanted to try something other than pizza for lunch for roughly 20 people. Placed the order online and food was ready at requested time. Staff was nice and helpful. Food was fresh and hot.
