We ordered 2 chicken marsalas and they were disgusting. Can we please return for a refund? UPDATE: Called and the managers said they would make it right and refund the money. Just got off the phone with Kenny the manager, he said no refund but we can have two more free DISGUSTING chicken marsalas. The chicken is prepared in house daily? GET A NEW COOK THEN BECAUSR THAT FOOD WAS HORRIBLE! The food is now god awful and they lie on top of it! When we first called, the lady manager was short and argumentative because she thought we were someone else she'd been arguing with online! So if you post a review, be prepared to be argued with over your honest opinion! These people are unprofessional liars! $60 dollars down the drain is the worst part. DO NOT EVER GO HERE! I WILL LET EVERY SINGLE PERSON KNOW TO STAY AWAY!

Brahma the cooked said they willl replace it and he was so nice but the owners denied it!! Don’t go there!!!! Below Is the proof I hope you can make another pizza!!! Went last night and would not recommend eating there, the food was awful, the chicken tasted like it was from a can and not cooked. Both of us Got the chicken masala and there was no sauce pasta was dry and the whole plate tasted like garbage. I would give zero stars. We have been to this place before several times and was always delicious, so I don’t know where they went down hill but do not eat there.

I've been wanting to try a genuine Italian restaurant for some time, so when I discovered Little Chicagos I was very interested to what it had to offered along side my mother. With the Superoni Pizza, the Baked Ziti my mother ordered and the Tiramisu cake for dessert, we were not disappointed. I'm looking forward to coming here again as a regular in the future.

Disappointing and pricy. If you are expecting Chicago style pizza, be prepared to be disappointed and underwhelmed. I ordered the meat lovers pizza thinking that I would be served authentic Chicago style pizza, but in fact received a regular deep dish pizza. While the food tasted “ok”, there is definitely better pizza to be found in Muncie. My husband ordered the breadsticks and chicken parm and declared it “nothing to write home about”. Drinks were pricy at $3 for a can of Coke. Overall, it was somewhere different to try, but but a one and done done for us. The Breadsticks were the best part of the meal. Not sure I would recommend this to my friends as somewhere to try.

This place was amazing. My friend and I were exploring around Muncie and decided to go inside.
We were greeted very quickly, and the staff were friendly. The restaurant was very welcoming and had a cozy atmosphere.
We split a superoni pizza and Canoli. Both were extremely delicious. We both had 2 slices of the pizza, and it filled us right up. Then, we got the canoli and it was heavenly. Like, the best thing I’ve ever tasted.

Was very pricey for small portions. I ordered the bread sticks and fettuccine bolognese, and left feeling hungry. It was not bad food, but nothing stood out other than the price. The atmosphere was basic. The employees were having, in my opinion, unprofessional conversations in ear shot of the entire dining area. Just overall a disappointing experience, with the cost exceeding the quality and customer satisfaction.
