Long John Silver's | A&W (7220)

I used to love this place. However, the most recent trip we made our large orders of shrimp were only half full and so was the large cheese curds. They didn't have any straws, root beer or ice cream. What the heck!? I would avoid going here waste of money. I will be calling corporate and a manger to get my money back and have corporate check on why they had no supplies and shorted our food. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.

The food was very good.

The Fish and Chicken was cold and full of grease of no ice in dining room gnats flying all around the fountain drinks station loads of gnats could smell marijuana standing at cash register while they were ringing my food . Absolutely the worst I've ever seen in my hometown of Muncie Indiana absolutely lousy Long John Silver's. It's time to step your game up Long John's or you'll be out of business very soon.

Recommended dishes: Fish and Chips

Did away with the more affordable 6 dollar baskets.

One of the workers named gage went out of his way to make sure everything was right and that we had an amazing experience, and the food was awesome 👌

This food was so bad we throw it away why was it so greasy 😭 cost us 40.00 will.never go back the chichen was so small I would have been ashamed to survey it

Food was hot and fresh. Had to wait for it a bit but worth it. Staff was friendly. Atmosphere was fast food but was clean.

I went here one time and a employee kept walking Ching me like I was going to steal a car off the wall or something cause I complained about the food and services so then this girl kept walking by my table giving dirty looks and just being rude

It took them over 30 minutes to get us our food. When we were served our food some of it was under cooked and over cooked. They messed up 5 times on other orders near us. The atmosphere was also slacking. Not to mention way over priced for just a cup.

I remember when it was a great place to eat, loved the fish n hush puppies, now its a fish like rubber substance, but the hushpuppies are still good.

Went their at 6:45 pm and the lights on outside were off, went to door and had sign saying dining room closed. Bad business!!!!!

They were rude and cussed us and then knocked the plate of food out of my dates hands !! Called the police and got the money back!

Green beans and chicken were good, but the other food was too greasy to hardly eat. There was no ketchup to use and it did not get replaced the whole time we were there even after letting them know. We also did not get our drinks (floats) until asking halfway through our meal. Not a great experience and there was an average amount of people eating.
