My experience is getting a happy meal at almost every McDonald's I go to I get screwed out of my sauce for my nuggets! Not very happy with the people employed at these McDonald's. They need to be trained properly to make sure the order is complete before calling it done.
We placed an order in the app to pick up in the drive thru. After waiting in the drive thru 20 minutes, we were told to pull around front. We finally went inside to get the order and no hot sauce was in the bag and it was on the order in the app. So we had to go back inside again to get sauce. Everyone there looks like the hate their job and their service proves it!
