The Muncie location on Mcgalliard is a joke. Too much wait time and horrible service.

We went through the drive thru yesterday, we were one of two cars in line, at two speakers. We placed our order them went to the window. The first window we paid and were not thanked. The second window, we were not even greeted. We got parked, despite the lack of customers they had in the drive thru. We were parked in front of McDonald's for 8 minutes. When they finally brought the food, we were handed a torn paper bag, with fries spilling out the hole. Again, We were not thanked. We got the Cold food home and I was served one of the two patties which are supposed to be on a Big Mac. There was no receipt in the bag or stapled to the bag. McDonald's has received the last dollar, they will take from me. Seriously disgusted by the lack of quality.

This is the worst McDonald McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Every single time we go in there we wait 20 to 40 minutes for our food. Just last night I waited 35 minutes for a kids meal two fries and a couple ice cream creams. Then the poor girl that has to deliver it out to the car Has to deal with angry guests. Management or ownership definitely needs to do something about this. I will never go to this McDonald’s again.

The person who took my order was rude and very impolite I felt rushed and the person at the pickup window wasn’t any better I will not be going back to that one during the day if I have a choice and I hate to say that bc I used to work there
