I came in and had to wait a very long time for my food, and even when the food came out there were straws missing and it was slightly messed up. I went to grab a straw after waiting in line for a long time, and the worker had an attitude—the entire restaurant was very dirty and there was almost no place to sit inside of it because of the lack of clean tables. Staff was unfriendly

We had 2 large coffees and a small fry and waited 30+ minutes at curbside. My husband called in and they said “I’m making it now and will bring it out right now” we waited and watched 2 cars get their food. My husband had to walk in and they weren’t even friendly when he walked in. Plus they hadn’t even started brewing the coffee to make his coffee. Needless to say he got a refund and we left. Won’t be back or to any franchise owned by that person.

We went through the drive thru yesterday, we were one of two cars in line, at two speakers. We placed our order them went to the window. The first window we paid and were not thanked. The second window, we were not even greeted. We got parked, despite the lack of customers they had in the drive thru. We were parked in front of McDonald's for 8 minutes. When they finally brought the food, we were handed a torn paper bag, with fries spilling out the hole. Again, We were not thanked. We got the Cold food home and I was served one of the two patties which are supposed to be on a Big Mac. There was no receipt in the bag or stapled to the bag. McDonald's has received the last dollar, they will take from me. Seriously disgusted by the lack of quality.

This is the worst McDonald McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Every single time we go in there we wait 20 to 40 minutes for our food. Just last night I waited 35 minutes for a kids meal two fries and a couple ice cream creams. Then the poor girl that has to deliver it out to the car Has to deal with angry guests. Management or ownership definitely needs to do something about this. I will never go to this McDonald’s again.
