All the staff was in a bad mood and my breakfast tasted old, which is weird because there were plenty of customers this morning. Also, I clearly was given the wrong coffee for my order because the number on the coffee did not match my order number. $15 wasted. I won't be returning to this location

I wanted to share that the staff here is wonderful. On December 3rd, 2025, I ordered at the kiosk inside the store but had to leave before getting my food to pick up my kids.
When I returned around 8 PM, the staff told me not to worry and kindly remade my order without charging me again. That was so nice of them, especially since it was my mistake for leaving early. Thank you so much!

Went to this mcdonald’s while no one was in line, informed then we had three mobile orders, was told we could only pickup two and would have to go back around the line. This was fine and no problem, we pulled back around in line even though no one was in line, got back up to the window only to have all four of our sauces no in the bag. We told the worker and was told we would need to go back in line (while no one was in line) to order and pay for sauces. When we informed the worker we already paid for our sauces and showed a receipt of it, we were met with attitude from a lady named lad or katherine that had been treating us with disrespect at the drive thru window and ordering station the whole time and she told the other worker that once again we would need to go get back in line (aka drive back around to the line to just drive thru) just so she could hand us the sauce. shout out to tyler to being professional and apologizing for all of the mishaps while she was talking through the window extremely rude to us.

The late night crew is inside having a good old time and taking 15-20 min to make sandwiches and then its ice cold. Don't waste your time/money on this place. They don't give a damn about the customers. I waited 12 minutes before someone even acknowledged me then waited another 13 minutes to get my food. Cheese wasn't even close to warm.

Sat in the drive through for so long I had to call the store and tell them I was there they tell me sorry but proceed to take 10/15 more minutes to take my order once I get to the window no one to collect my money or tell me how long it will be just more waiting …. This 5 min trip turned into a 45 minute horrible customer service experience I’m exhausted from work and just wanted a QUICK bite before I made it home . Needless to say I will not be spending anymore of my time or money here .

waited over 20 minutes for a Large fry and drink in drive through. not a single car moved the entire time
Went to this McDonald’s the other night, and ordered a two cheeseburger meal. Waited over ten minutes while I watched staff have a good time doing anything but working. When I finally got my bag, I grabbed it and started to head out. Well apparently I grabbed it too quickly, which made the young lady huff at me and say, “didn’t have to snatch it like that”.
That’s right. Instead of an apology that I waited 10 minutes for two cheeseburgers and fries, she decided to give me attitude for picking up my bag too quickly.
I’d give a 0 star if I could.

Waited in line for over an hour and ended up just cancelling the order because the workers decided that they did not want to work and just sit around. Someone came out of the car and walked up to the window to see if anyone is working and they were just sitting around doing nothing.

The staff were very polite. My only complaints are they added an extra sandwich at my at my expense that I did not order. By the time I looked at receipt & found the sandwich I was too far down the road. I went inside to use restroom & it was Not very Clean. The sweet tea tasted burnt. And the food was not that warm. Overall I was not very impressed with this location
