I Tried to order a 6 piece McNugget meal through the drive-thru on two occasions. The first time, the person taking the order said there was no 6-piece McNugget meal, after I insisted they found that there was such a thing as a 6-piece McNugget meal.
The second time, the person taking the order (a different person this time) stated that they didn't have the meal. Despite insisting that they do have the meal they continued to obstinately insist that they do not have the meal.
Because of this I suspect that there may be a lack of in-depth training for the workers at this particular locatiob

I am frequently missing items from my orders and with prices raised it is really starting to add up! December 30, 2024 at 5:22pm I was missing 1 out of 2 of the Mcdoubles I ordered.

Drive through not properly tended. Inside order machines do not apply coupons from app codes. Difficult to get employee assistance

Not a fan of the touch screen thing. First, they are dirty (visibly soiled). Second, the store didn't stock the holiday promo item that the screen offered (had to change my order after the fact). Third, it looks bad that the counter person was bored, pacing, and visibly going through screen withdrawal like an addict because there was no task for him to do (like talk to customers and take orders? I know it's old fashioned to talk to people but c'mon!) Even more weird was the crew member who came out to clean up a drink spill (on the floor) with handfuls of paper napkins from the condiment dispenser instead of grabbing a mop (I wish I was making all of this up). No explanation or apology was given why we had to wait 10 minutes for a cup of coffee. Was glad I didn't order any food after all what was witnessed.
If you get your food made to order then you should have nothing to worry about

I ordered through the app and went through all the steps for curbside, then waited a whole hour for nothing. Then when I tried to go inside and ask about it, their door was locked, so I just left. I overpaid anyway, nothing like this to convince you to stop eating fast food.
