McDonald's Charles Street in Muncie always has been serviced
I was trapped in line tonight for 37 minutes. I had placed a mobile order for ONE LATTE. When I finally made it to the speaker, I was told that they couldn’t find my order, but to pull around and she would see if she could help me. I was still trapped in the line with cars in front of and behind me. As soon as I had the opportunity, I just left. When I called about getting my money back, the woman was rude. I will NEVER return to this McDonalds again.
