Walked into the place at 5:50pm. There were 2 women already standing there waiting. I stood their waiting at the counter where NO ONE was working for 15 minutes before I spoke up to inquire as to whether or not someone was working the counter. They tried so hard to ignore me, but my plea for service increased in volume to the extent one of the girls working in the back responded by stating "we're trying to fill large orders back here. We'll be with you in a little while". I pointed out we had already been waiting 15 min., and then I walked out the door, across the street to Rallys, and had my food in 5 minutes. Bye McDonald's!

Got 40 dollars worth of food and even went inside to place my order since nobody was inside ordering. Waited over 10 mins for my food and had to ask for large cup lids while waiting also. I did pay with 100 dollar bill so I was surprised when they went out their way to break and give me cash back. After I got my food I left and live 2 blocks away and when I got home and opened bags the fry’s were cold as ice and my triple cheeseburger looked 3 hrs old. The other cheeseburgers were fine and not as bad but man what an overall bad experience! I’ll cook for the 3 day in a row 🤷🏽♂️

I waited more than 10 minutes for someone to complete my payment due to kiosk not accepting any payments.
This place has really jus made a difference in my kids lives. They’re always so welcoming, giving my kiddos free drinks and treats, and just providing a warm and safe atmosphere upon our visits. Being new to Muncie we jus had to show love❤️
Went through the drive thru & the lady was acting like she was handing us the straws. We took the straws and then got angry with us claiming that we “snatched” the straws out of her hand. We thought she was kidding at first, then said she wasn’t. Closed the door on us. Never have a good experience here. Always something bad that happens. Really don’t recommend going to this location. Drive the extra ten minutes to a different one.

Employees are rude and stand outside smoking weed at all hours of the day. My teenage daughters went to get an order fixed and because the store closed early and the doors were locked when they were trying to get in (after manager told them to come back and they’d let them in) the employees loitering outside smoking weed were harassing them and calling them both a fatass. They never get orders right and the store itself is very lackluster. In short, this location is ghetto as hell. Go to another one.
