Wait time was ridiculous. They had me pull forward because they said they was cooking fresh food. We got chicken nuggets that had been reheated our refried in the fryer. The hamburger patties were so black and burnt. The fries were cold and refried as well . Would not go back to this location.

The worst McDonald’s in Muncie! The workers are extremely rude and they forget something everytime and when you call the manager to see if you can get it resolved the “manager” has a horrible attitude. I will never be returning to this McDonald’s and neither will anyone around me. I emailed support and left a message for their store leader and all I got back was a sorry hope we can fix it next time.

Ordered one single McRib with no pickles get home three big pickles on it and the top bun is burnt and hard as a rock this place is so sad quality is out of the question here so sad they don't care what they hand you out the window

This is by far the worst McDonald's I've been to by far and my fat self has been to quite a few. No matter if you go in, curbside, or drive thru it takes ages. Fast food has never been slower. Try to avoid this one

Walked into the place at 5:50pm. There were 2 women already standing there waiting. I stood their waiting at the counter where NO ONE was working for 15 minutes before I spoke up to inquire as to whether or not someone was working the counter. They tried so hard to ignore me, but my plea for service increased in volume to the extent one of the girls working in the back responded by stating "we're trying to fill large orders back here. We'll be with you in a little while". I pointed out we had already been waiting 15 min., and then I walked out the door, across the street to Rallys, and had my food in 5 minutes. Bye McDonald's!
Got 40 dollars worth of food and even went inside to place my order since nobody was inside ordering. Waited over 10 mins for my food and had to ask for large cup lids while waiting also. I did pay with 100 dollar bill so I was surprised when they went out their way to break and give me cash back. After I got my food I left and live 2 blocks away and when I got home and opened bags the fry’s were cold as ice and my triple cheeseburger looked 3 hrs old. The other cheeseburgers were fine and not as bad but man what an overall bad experience! I’ll cook for the 3 day in a row 🤷🏽♂️
