All the flavor of hibachi at a fraction of the time and cost. Staff was efficient, food was delicious, I’ll definitely be back! We had the miso soup, hibachi filet, hibachi chicken and fried Oreos. Only “complaint” is that the Oreos came with one entree, we waited on the other, so if you want to enjoy fresh fried after your meal, order separately for dine in!

Die-hard Japanese sushi fans here… in Muncie for a taiko concert, found Ninja of Japan, and were blown away by the high quality of the sushi and friendliness of the staff. So surprised! Definitely 5 stars. 🤩
