My sister and I took our mother for her birthday dinner. Service was awful, it took our waitress 30 minutes just to get our drinks order and to bring us bread. The bread was cold. Our food took another hour or so to come and when it did our steaks were all burnt or under cooked. The toughest steak I've ever had. The manager gave us a 50% discount on our ticket for our steaks so she made up for it in a way. We spent 2 1/2 hours there believeing it would only take an hr to 1 1/2 hours to eat....

Took over an hour to get our food and it wasn’t busy at all, steaks were terrible our potatos looked like they ran them over with a car,, no flavor at all on the asparagus! Awful and will not be back

This was our first time eating at an Outback Steakhouse. It kinda felt like no one was paying attention to us. Don't get me wrong, they were very friendly. And we did love the fact that it is not chaotic like Texas Roadhouse. But they were too laid back. It shouldn't take 2hrs and 30min to get through a dinner for just 2 people. Especially since the restaurant was mostly empty. We were seated in the bar area with our only waitress being a bartender that was too busy for us. This area needed an actual waitress because getting a drink refill or our bill proved to be a bit difficult.The food was good though, for the most part. The steaks were undercooked but that's ok. They were still good. We don't always have that kind of time on our hands for supper. But if we find that we do, we will be back to give them one more try.

The food was really good....but the prices are too high. Based on what you get, it's just too high. The servers were friendly and did a great job, but all of them looked like they just got out of bed and threw some clothes on! Guess I'm just old fashioned and used to servers either wearing a uniform of some sort or dressing somewhat nicely.
