I ordered the orange chicken , mushroom chicken with fried rice . The orange chicken was very salty and chewy, the fried rice just tasted like white rice. The only thing that was good was the mushroom chicken .

I usually love panda but muncie has a whole diffrent thing going on there. Twice there sign has showed closes at 10pm twice there workers in restaurant but it's closed one 9:21 pm and once 9.36pm And I have no problem with closing early.But they stare at you like they are the most confused people in the world wouldn't open the window and say hey we closed early because of this or that as soon as they see you they start hiding. LOL, like I SEE YOU!!! The one time they were opened and did serve me the wait it was crazy over 15 mins And not a sorry. This is what's happening. Just a here you go, take it easy. Maybe I'm to nice I don't know?? Hey, but keep running it like this.When it shuts down you can blame it on covid!!!

It's a louder and echo environment. It's hard to hear what employees say. They are friendly, quick, and helpful. The food is okay. The crab Rangoon are disgusting. Do not order it. There isn't crab in it. And the cream cheese is not sweetened. The chow mein is alright. Their fried rice is the second worst item on the menu. If you want Chinese food, I don't recommend panda Express.

The orange chicken is supposed to be made spicy but at the Muncie location they never make it spicy and it is often overcooked. The times I’ve gotten Panda in Detroit and Boston Metro, their orange chicken was always cooked perfectly tender and spicy. I can’t say the same for the Panda in Muncie, IN.
