NEVER use the app. It didn’t give me a chance to put in my personal address for delivery, so it auto placed the delivery to deliver to the address of this panera. When i went through the app to try to change the address or even just cancel my order, it told me it was too late. The issue with the actual store is the fact that I called 4 times and no one picked up. I understand it’s a busy time, but at this point I have no way to access my order. After already paying for a delivery driver, I had to drive to the store and pick it up myself where I was shocked to find the employees, that I called 4 times, just leaning on the counter talking to eachother. I will never go to this Panera again.

The food is actually fairly tasty for a "fast food" bakery, the bagels are really pretty good and if you're there early enough the Ciabatta breakfast sandwiches are fairly solid for the price. Unfortunately the price does seem to be steadily rising, and they are consistently out of stock on a lot of things which is really frustrating. The amount of times I've wanted to order Panera (just in the last 2 weeks this has happened twice) and then can't because they are down to less than half of their types of bagel is really unacceptable. How is a place renown for its bagels out of all but 2 bagels (across 8 different kinds normally) at 9am on a Friday?

Went through the drive through. Price for two salads and two cups of soup costs an UNACCEPTABLE = $ 42.00. I know ingredients cost more, but you can buy a can of soup that feeds two people from Payless for $2.00 / can. Salads are mainly lettuce. How in the name of good conscience can you charge $42.00 . We typically go to Panera once/twice per month. We now will not be back. You have lost a customer. I have a large extended family over 25 people. I will encourage them to do the same. For the local charities we support, I will also encourage them to do the same. I have also left this message for your corporate office to review and hopefully respond too.

Panera is always a great choice for fresh and flavorful food in a cozy atmosphere. Panera stands out for its friendly service and well kept dining area. Whether it is their soups, salads, or sandwiches, everything tastes fresh and satisfying. I also enjoy their bakery items, especially the cookies and pastries. The self order kiosks make the process quick and easy, but the staff is always available to help if needed. It is a perfect spot for a casual meal or even just to relax with a coffee and free Wi-Fi.

went through the drive through. it took forever but i know they can’t always control that so i don’t mind. but. i ordered 2 sides of bread (one for each meal i got) and they don’t give me any. the bread is like the main attraction here!! girl i want my bread. i paid for that !!

I accidentally ordered a chai latte. Manager was cool, replaced it with vanilla latte free of charge. Great food friendly as well

Just had the worst grilled chicken avo BLT I’ve ever had. The sandwich was almost not edible due to it falling completely apart. Instead of avocado spread or slices they put half an avocado on it. The chicken had little flavor and was flat and it was cut up and it place all through out the sandwich and it just fell out of the sandwich. I got two slices of bacon they tasted fine, a bit too much lettuce but it was fresh, and two small slices of tomato but was okay as well, bread was good enough taste but was not toasted as it’s supposed to be. But when I tell you bring trying to keep it together to eat was a hard job, ended up just taking pieces of chicken and cheese off the paper after taking bites. During this visit they didn’t label any of our sandwiches, which is ever irritating too. Over all, not good flavor, not good quality, and dysfunctional to eat. I will never get sandwiches from Panera again, especially for the prices. I did give the atmosphere a 4 because it was actually nice and clean.

The decor is a bit different from what I'm used to from Ohio and Florida and I love it. It's modern yet warm. But the place is freezing. The sizes/portions are getting smaller. The worker that took my lunch order ( I was there for breakfast and lunch) acted like I have been there. She also wasn't very courteous.The worker in the morning almost threw my cookie at me. I don't think it was on purpose. Lol. I hope they are ok.
