Placed my order online - AHEAD at 7:14 A.M - got my order at 7:48 . Said it would be ready at 7:23 , it was oats, a smoothie and a sandwich . 👎🏾

I'll never eat at a place that hates parents. Denying service over a child making noise is ridiculous. Poor values from a place with even worse food. Awfully bold sending away customers with children at a point in time when people have reduced the amount they eat out. The fact corporate hasn't done anything is equally ridiculous. Eat somewhere cheaper with your money and somewhere that doesn't hate children.

I routinely work at this location. Food is consistent. Staff is either friendly or neutral. I never feel like they want me to leave. It can get messy after lunch time but they do a good job of cleaning up. Great spot for holding a meeting m, working or just relaxing outside. Plenty of room. Comfy couches by the fire

The lettuce in my sandwich was disgusting. This lettuce should not be served..period! When the lettuce is old and discolored, don’t hide it in your sandwiches. Do better!
Let’s be honest..people will give poor service a pass and come back again, but poor quality of food is unacceptable and people won’t want to try again.
Online order ran about 10 mins over quote time. Employees were pleasant, carry out experience and food needs improvement.

I ordered from GrubHub and my order was so messed up. It’s not difficult to put 3 brownie bites in a bag but instead they put one brownie bite and 2 coconut chocolate macaroons?!!? I’m allergic to coconut. Thanks a bunch Panera >:(

The point of rapid order-ahead is to shorten the wait. Instead I waited in their drive-through line for 20 minutes, just to find out that they hadn't even STARTED my food yet. There were only 2 cars ahead of me, both had ordered ahead, and one of them was just getting a fountain soda. Yeah, we were in line long enough to have a whole convo about the wait. And since their drive-through doesn't have an off-ramp for folks giving up, you're stuck for the duration!
This Panera is achingly slow. The food is adequate, but they need to work on speed. They're not any faster if you park and go inside, but at least then you have the option of escape. This is the third time I've gotten stuck waiting on food here in the last 30 days. Please do better, y'all.

This is 2nd time in 2 weeks, my order was not correct. If you aren't doing The Asiago bagel stacks , take off the window and menu.
Staff on register not friendly, Marina,. Acted like i was bothering her.
By time my order got to me , wasn't as ordered and lost appetite. Asked for it to eat in restaurant and she selected to go. Had to basically eat on bag.
Understand new people. The should be excited to help customers.

After a busy day the place is usually trashed unless my seat isn’t available by the fireplace! I love sitting with the women of faith who accommodate men or color and keep up with the almighty dollar.

NEVER use the app. It didn’t give me a chance to put in my personal address for delivery, so it auto placed the delivery to deliver to the address of this panera. When i went through the app to try to change the address or even just cancel my order, it told me it was too late. The issue with the actual store is the fact that I called 4 times and no one picked up. I understand it’s a busy time, but at this point I have no way to access my order. After already paying for a delivery driver, I had to drive to the store and pick it up myself where I was shocked to find the employees, that I called 4 times, just leaning on the counter talking to eachother. I will never go to this Panera again.

The food is actually fairly tasty for a "fast food" bakery, the bagels are really pretty good and if you're there early enough the Ciabatta breakfast sandwiches are fairly solid for the price. Unfortunately the price does seem to be steadily rising, and they are consistently out of stock on a lot of things which is really frustrating.
The amount of times I've wanted to order Panera (just in the last 2 weeks this has happened twice) and then can't because they are down to less than half of their types of bagel is really unacceptable. How is a place renown for its bagels out of all but 2 bagels (across 8 different kinds normally) at 9am on a Friday?
