First time going but bread hard as a rock. They have soft drinks but why is medium the size of most small. When I asked for help from the cashier (who was behind the counter ignoring me) because I wanted to change to large but she acted like she couldn't hear me. I had to leave with my tiny medium without any explanation on why I was treated like that. Hopefully next time you explain the serving sizes because I don't plan on going back.

Came here for the "Taste of Muncie" food tour with our guide Rick (locals know him as Slick Rick if ya know what I mean). Rick said that this Panera location had great pastries and the sweetest lemonade North of the Ohio river. After making love to a Sara Lee cinnamon bun at the Holiday Inn Express, I just couldn't handle another sugar rush. I said to myself "Jerry ya good for nuthin ninkumpoop, show some restraint." So that's what I did.I asked the cashier if they had a Muncie Salad on the menu? They said they didn't officially, but that the cook was BFFs with the maverick sandwich artists from Ball St. University who invented it. So the cook tossed a couple salads, and we were more than satisfied. The romaine had the crunch, the tomatoes the juice and the Muncie Goddess dressing stimulated all of my taste buds and my hypothalamus. I only deducted one star because my chocolate chip cookie only had two chocolate chips.

We went there first time order soup bread bowl disappointed was not like they show our soup was in a very small container and bread not opened like a bowl to put soup in overpriced and disappointed second order was trying to understand the pick 2 was mislead on it again overpriced 3 order was disappointed all soup in orders was in small Togo container and very small all orders was in bag to go and we were staying in store to eat. not impressed to go back again seen other orders their orders was not in sack and on plates maybe it is who you are and how you get your order seen other person got his in sack and he also eat in store

I stop in occasionally for a salad and water, and EVERY time the food is fresh, water is ice cold. Really appreciate that I can stop in at any time to grab a quick bite and not have to worry about whether or not the food is going to be good or not. Keep up the great work!

Quality is pretty good overall, nice place to pop a squat with some free internet, and generally the menu items are still as good as ever especially the bread bowl with cheddar broccoli soup. Only downside is your dollar doesn't mean as much there anymore. I used to be able to get a You Pick 2 with a coffee and dollar bakery item for around $12, but jump to present day and that's turned into a 50% off bakery item with You Pick 2 and a coffee which runs you around $20.With the rising cost of, well... everything... it's hard to visit as often as I use to. Times are sadly changing but that's unavoidable.

General manager treated me with such disrespect and offered god awful service. Their service times we’re horrible, and she spoke to me with such distaste as if she had other ulterior racist motives on her mind. This is the last restaurant I would recommend to anyone.
