I placed an order for $35 and never received my order. I have tried talking to associates at store and they don’t want to help or seem to care about situation so I called customer support and put in 3 complaints and all I’m being told is I’ll be contacted within 48 hours to be given redelivery or credits for solution. It’s been 4 days since I’ve been told that and still nothing. This is absolutely ridiculous. POOR SERVICE!
Delivery driver hit my car, had no insurance. The GM was rude! When I called the store the lady that answered was rude also!! Will not use this store again! Waiting to hear back from corporate!!
