This establishment does not understand what a wing should look like with sauce. Every single time we have ordered from them for wings they hardly put any sauce on them there is no excuse for this, and it to happen multiple times that is ridiculous. No one cares if the lid to the wings has sauce on it at least I knew you did your job unlike every wing I've ever gotten from them. A crack head could sauce a wing better then them. Just ridiculous.

I went in to order the semi-large order and to pay for it. I went 2 days in advance to ensure they had time and staffing to complete the order. It took a LONG time to get the order placed.
I was unaware that the delivery would be done by Door Dash but the pizza was 30 minutes late and I had to walk all over a large building and parking lot to find the driver who was RUDE when we finally met up. This was such a hassle and ruined my class party. I have done it dozens of times before without issue (pre-pandemic) but I will not be using this PJs again for such an event.

I placed a large order 3 weeks ahead, giving plenty of lead time. I confirmed a week before and the day before the event and even pre-paid. They were 1.5 HOURS late. Some of the pizzas were not done and no one at the store will talk to me. I have called corporate and escalated the situation twice to no avail. I will be looking elsewhere for pizza from now on. 😞

Lots of pizza was ordered like probably 20+, was told 5:15 they were on the way was supposed to arrive at 5:30. Arrived at almost 7. Terrible, refused to answer the phone because they knew who was calling and they were clearly to lazy to make the pizzas on time. Two stars because it tasted good. Otherwise 0. Very disappointed.

Usually a decent experience here. Essentially no cheese on our half and half this weekend. You can see in my photos the difference between our Italian and the cheese pizza. For $38 you expect more.

I am outraged by the 2 hour and 40 minute wait for my pizza delivery! Not to mention my lunch is 45 minutes long. Papa John's on wheeling you failed me! I did to call twice for a update because the app said said that it was in the “making” I ask them how longer and they said 20 I look on my timer and it already on the 25 minutes. And I told them that was part of my lunch and I was on my break. They ask me if I wanted to cancel my order, and I told them I don’t have nothing for my lunch. On Monday So I did call Papa John’s again (I think her name was Mercedes)and pretty much is what she told me was they was busy with door dash, so I told her that it wasn’t though DoorDash I went through the papa John app. and I told them I was on my lunch break and it was 45 minutes long and I waited for 2 hour and 40 minutes for my order. And my next one should be free , and the best that they can do was 10% off of my next order. And all I said was 10%?! She said that’s all I can do, and I shouldn’t argue with her. So I handed the phone to mom and let her handle it. She said the best I can do is 10% off my next order and you shouldn’t argue with me. Mom said don’t worry she will not be ordering from you guys ever again. On Tuesday I did call papa John’s back and asked for the GM and they are not there until Wednesday evening. And when i called the 1st time they said he will in at 5:30. On Tuesday when I
called... Papa johns can't even get there GM figure out ? now pushing me back until Thursday.I found a general manager for that Papa John's, but when I called during my lunch break, I was told that she doesn't work there and the next person doesn't come in until Thursday ( Originally got told Wednesday evening) so last night (Wednesday evening)I contacted the main office of Papa John's, (and that was a robo thing) and then submitted a feedback form; now all that's left is to wait for their response. I end up calling again and i finally got a hold of a general manager I didn't receive my free pizza, I did get a refund.
