Always get my food on time, workers are nice usually, never had any problems with them. But if there was, Im confident they would help try to make up for it. They're really good with deliveries, so tip those drivers well because they work really hard doing what they do.

Incredibly busy Friday night, line out the door. No biggy! My food was exactly as ordered and I waited maybe 10 minutes. Guy up front apologized for the wait and was very nice. However, one of the female employees yelled at other employees at the top of her lungs twice in those ten minutes to the extent I was concerned. Myself and many others were stunned. I totally understand being busy and under stress, but acting this way towards anyone is completely unacceptable. Despite being packed, they were working as sufficient as possible and I couldn’t see anyone slacking. Even if employees weren’t pulling their weight, that is no excuse for the behavior of this employee.

Ordered delivery. Order did take 40 minutes to get here on a Saturday evening, but a school did just graduate. The Papa Tracker is definitely not accurate, at least for my order. It said it was still preparing when the delivery guy was here. The delivery guy was laid back and gave me my order no problem. A worker there even called me, letting me know that a gift card I used still had a few bucks in it because of a system glitch. The food was OK, nothing special. The service was phenomenal, and I’d love for places to have these kinds of service standards.

This establishment does not understand what a wing should look like with sauce. Every single time we have ordered from them for wings they hardly put any sauce on them there is no excuse for this, and it to happen multiple times that is ridiculous. No one cares if the lid to the wings has sauce on it at least I knew you did your job unlike every wing I've ever gotten from them. A crack head could sauce a wing better then them. Just ridiculous.
