Penn Station is delicious but I'm here to comment on the customer service. Probably one of the best experiences you can have in fast food. Staff are so friendly but also very fast and efficient. You are greeted by everyone when you walk in the door, checked in on throughout your time there, and then everyone wishes you well as you leave. Great work to this team and the ownership!

Walked in to pick up a carry out at 9:20 and they close at 10. Crew was getting a jump start on the days cleaning (place wasn’t bad anyways) but they were going hard behind the fryer, under the booths, had some trash already bagged (they take it serious).

Ronni greeted me and had the sandwiches ready but the fries were not. I told her no big deal it’s so late and appreciated the fresh sandwiches (this is the day after Christmas after all). She said no worries WE ARE MAKING THE FRIES!

That is the enthusiasm and energy all employers want in their employees repeating their brand.

Well Ronni got the fries out and even threw some ketchup and napkins in the bag. Thank you Ronni and crew for such a fresh hot meal, clean store, and positive energy. 5/5!!

Recently got a Pizza sub and was pleasantly surprised how good this was and it had so much in it! Also wonderful service from Jacob who did a great job helping me!

The chicken cordon blue…was a joke Tony pieces of ham…baby thin as paper tomato..the chicken was nothing but grizzle…couldn’t even eat it…and so much honey mustard soaked bun and running down my arm…fries cold and soggy…Terrible meal and the price…it went into trash…grrrrrr

Stopped in for lunch after placing an order ahead online. The process was a bit confusing—despite selecting a pickup time, I still had to let the staff know I was there before they started making my food. Kind of defeats the purpose of scheduling ahead, but 🤷‍♀️.

That said, the food was solid. My sandwich was a bit messy, but still tasty, and the fries hit the spot. Overall, not a bad experience—nothing to rave about, but I’d definitely go back for a quick and satisfying lunch.
