It was the Pizza Hut flavor and texture my husband and I remember as kids.We have ordered several delivery pizzas in the past (not from same location) and they were nowhere near the 90’s version of Pizza Hut. This location nailed it for sit down eating…as long as you like who you’re with. :)PS our experience was at 2:30 PM…No alcohol involved.

Every single item in my order was wrong, one pizza was supposed to have extra sauce and half of it was extra pepperoni. It was very over cooked and had almost no sauce and 10 pepperonis, we received 2 of the 4 sauces purchased and one of the pizzas was not only raw on one side but completely cold. I had to wait an extra 10 mins to bring home completely inedible food. And when I called and finally got to talk to the manager she said there isn’t any way for a pizza to be half cooked because of they go through a conveyor belt for 8 mins. She said she could give me a credit to use on my next order and when I said there is no reason to because of throwing $45 away I wont be back, she said I’ll need to talk to the store manager tomorrow. From the looks of the other reviews I have a feeling its not going to go well. Enjoy the pictures and just go to the wheeling location, they are always great.

I try take out here once every couple of years hoping they are better. They never are. I stood at the counter for 12 minutes and was ignored. I had 1 pizza to pickup. The screen said it was ready when I walked in. I had to stop someone to get any attention. They were obviously very understaffed as always.

Pizza was an hour late for delivery, poorly made, and cold. Very undercooked. No apology from driver or any reasoning for this. Just throws the pizza at me and leaves. Highly recommend you choose any other pizza place in the area. I will never be ordering from here again.

As someone who worked here, just avoid the whole place all together. i kept every pay stub and im glad i did because they kept saying they raised my pay from $9 to $10 an hour. then said i got another pay raise to $12 an hour. i was being lied to for months, i was still only getting paid $9 an hour. Talytha Collins treats people like they are not human, giving everybody 5-10 hours a week, and will make sure to ruin your mental health. nobody in the building was trained correctly and instead of teaching her managers how to train people, she would randomly come into work to embarrass people and yell at them for doing things even slightly wrong. it’s a very greedy company, and i promise you it IS NOT CLEAN behind the counter/in the kitchen. just go to dominos or lil caesars

Our order was delivered by Door dash. It was on time. The food was still hot, fresh, & delicious. We had bread sticks, pizza, & cinnamon sticks. It all was absolutely fantastic !!! Will be ordering again soon.

The food was hot a little on the slower side but for only having 2 guys working they did amazing. They may be under staff but they were in good spirits. I gotta meet the manager Cody . He was a nice guy on the ball and really could not ask for more out of a manager and one cook . This is a busy weekend im here for my daughter's graduation. Thank you for making our night .

Awful, placed an order through the app and it confirmed and took my money but noone showed. Noone answered at the store after multiple attempts. When we did get a general representative they couldn’t do anything to help. Complete waste of money and time.

one of kol and mine favorite places now. just order online under mix and match deals and it's perfect for us and then we can eat in or take extra with us.
Ordered online and scheduled pick-up. When I arrived, our order was ready, and the pizza and breadsticks were very good. Unfortunately, there was only 1 person working, and he stated it happens all the time. He was busy and doing a great job, but I still had to stand and wait for the prepaid order to be given to me.

I only wish that it was possible to give zero stars. I pre-ordered a pizza to pick up at noon in order to beat the crowds on Super Bowl Sunday. My restaurant only had 2 people covering the entire place, including the dining room. People were already waiting for their orders and mine wasn't ready on time either; I had to sit and wait for 20 minutes. The Assistant Manager was rude, unapologetic and seemingly unconcerned by the situation. He told me simply that "Nobody wanted to work on Super Bowl Sunday." When I tried to get an estimate of when my pizza would be done, he simply ignored me and walked away.I won't be going back.

GO TO MANCINOS INSTEAD. There is no comparison, and the service is 800 percent better. Pizza Hut's day has passed. No one dines in. It's a miracle any are still operating. If only zero stars were possible. The poor workers were all new except one little man with anger issues. First name C. There were half a dozen angry customers who were not being served. There was almost a fight among them. Entertaining but terrible food service. This was the worst food experience of my life. I ordered early for pickup and spent an hour at the place...and left with NO food. Avoid. Try the Wheeling location, maybe. Or try another brand.

How can a pizza place be out of pepperoni, ham, sausage, all sorts of vegetables. Just close your doors if you're not going to order the proper stuff and if your truck didn't come to deliver you go buy it and make your company reimburse you That's how that works.
