I am Licensed Social Worker and have been ordering from the Mcgalliard Pizza King Restaurant for years. Tonight I attempted to order an 8 inch feast pizza using my coupon that doesn’t expire until March. First of all, the worker answering calls tried to say I was out of the service area, then decided the coupon that wasn’t expired wasn’t valid then checked with a supervisor (Christiania or something like that, worked Feb. 27th evening shift— between 6:30-7) rudely stated the order had to be over $10 before even hearing my order. I felt like after they heard my name they decided to racially profile me. I simply stated “Never mind.” And will tell my colleagues about the rudeness I have experienced at your store. I’m sure the Deputy Mayor and Mayor will be interested in the situation as well. Yes I would like a follow up call.

When I go and buy a 14 inch pizza and a 12 inch pizza and they cut my pizza short on both of them is ridiculous. Not to mention if you look at the pepperoni pizza, it has hardly no cheese no pepperoni so basically going to get about seven good

My pizza did not have enough sauce or toppings for me to decipher which half had BBQ sauce. The crust was soft and not crispy. I was very disappointed with the pizza. I will not return to the Mcgalliard location.

Order a salad with Tomato on the side they bring it out with the tomatoes on it and it it took them 30 minutes and bring our drinks 15 minutes after we ordered very apologetic but still seems like poor customer service.Parking: Not very busy when we went in and pretty much sums it up.

Went midday on Wednesday and received stellar service. Excellent waitress and, as always, the best Pizza King around. A trip to Muncie isn't complete without taking a trip through this location.Pro tip: ask for extra dill butter on your breadsticks!
