Emily the so called “manager “ shouldn’t be waiting tables , she will argue with customers believes she’s god almighty tell you that you’re wrong after waiting nearly 2 hours on a Thursday night for a 8inch pizza and order breadsticks she isn’t qualified to wait tables BEWARE if you have a issue Emily will blame on you the customer because she’s incompetent and can’t own her lack of management skills . I had to go get my own pizza after paying for delivery , Emily has personal issues that are on customer when she’s at fault

I used to love Pizza King, but unfortunately something is not the same? My pizza has been really dry lately..that's not like the "King." I have ALWAYS ordered the Royal Feast with BBQ sauce. lately, employees seem to be unaware of this legacy at Pizza King. After I explain it, I pick up my order & it's still not the same? My cheese has been tasting more like rubber, which I'm happy they didn't give me much of it? Definitely NOT worth the $31 & change that I paid.

This pizza kings pizza was probably the best pizza king pizza iv ever tasted! This was my first time eating here and it was delicious! Not to mention the young lady that took my carry out order was so sweet and nice an greeted me w a happy upbeat attitude and she seemed like she really enjoyed her job! I wish all places had servers with this type of attitude.. I didn't get to catch her name but she was delightful! I came in on August 9th about 9pm so whoever the girl was working thank you so much! I wasn't having the greatest of days and your attitude an greetings helped turned my evening around! Plus the food helped out a whole bunch also!

Placed a pick up order of large pepp and large supreme pizza and recieved large mega meat and who knows what the other was but not even close to what was ordered, will use little Cesar's from now on
Slow Sunday evening (only one more couple in the building), but we were treated quite well. Food was fast and accurate and the server was quite friendly. The minor deduction was they were out of the salad dressing my wife had originally wanted. They handled it professionally with a sincere apology and we moved on. Nice newer building and it seems well cared for.

Service was absolutely HORRIBLE! We ordered 2 orders of full baked breadsticks waited over 30 minutes for our server to look dumbfounded that we were asking about the order she took and forgot about. When the orders finally arrived they were not brushed in dill and were just dry dough sticks! We watched our pizza sit in the window for 10 minutes before being served! This is the absolute worst experience! We drove from Indy to Muncie just for this and it was more than disappointing! I wish I could give 1 star!

Had a wonderful time and the service was perfect. Our server, Laci, was so kind and quick. She had gotten our drinks out to us before i could put the phone down almost. And our order was big and not a single thing was messed up.

I love Pizza King in general.Ive given other experiences 5 star ratings. However tried the new East 12th location, and wasn’t impressed with the atmosphere nor the service. We had a large party, the server didn’t write our orders down and said she could do it by memory. She was incorrect. Got several things wrong including our pizza. She told us we’d have to wait a while to make us the correct pizza. So we said forget it. Got drink orders wrong. I am willing to pay the extreme cost for pizza king pizza, but in return I expect to have a good experience. They failed last night. Not returning to that location.
