Sierra is the reason I am leaving a review today. This company should invest in her if they aren't already! She is wonderful, she greets with an infectious smile, knows her customers, even though I don't go too often she recognized me and had my sauces prepared without even having to ask. I have overheard her being uplifting to her coworkers. She makes the experience wonderful every single time, and I just can't say enough nice things about her!!

Well there's no dining in, it's just 2 drive thru lanes on each side of the tiny building so we only ordered our food & were back on our way to our destination

I door dashed my food and I always expect average food. But this food made me throw up and I’m still feeling it hours after eating. The wings I got tasted sour and after two I stopped eating those. My drink also tasted like it had been sitting for a day or two. I’m used to watered down drinks and sometimes i actually prefer it. But this was a whole new level of stale. If you have the option I would recommend going somewhere else.

Took Mom while out running errands as she loves the fries. We both got the $5 meal deal. The chicken bites were not flavorful. Mom enjoyed the fries yet not my personal fav.

Havent been in for a few years. Stopped in on the way home. Food just wasnt as good as it used to be. Chicken nuggets..everyone thought taste weird. Want to charge you extra for a dipping sauce, fill cups with ice & hardly no drink , hamburgers were tasteless and even the fries werent as tastey as they used to be. Not sure what happened, but all of it has gone downhill. Company definitely got greedy. Only reason they get 3 *** is because the workers were atleast nice and the store still looked OK. Probably wont be going back..ever.

I placed a very simple order. I was asked if I would like to add things to my order multiple times after saying no still asked again. Brought the food back and was threatened by a man at the drive-thru that he wanted to fight because he makes burgers doesn't know how to do it right. Looks like I will no longer be eating at Rally's for at least a year again because of their incompetent employees.
