I absolutely love Roots! I have never had a bad meal from there. The atmosphere is always great and the service is exceptional. I highly recommend them to everyone I can.

I went there with my wife and 6 year old daughter. They have food for everyone. I got fries with steak, mushrooms, onions, and cheese sauce. The most best appetizer I have probably had anywhere. The tin can nachos are huge and are easily a full meal! They have kids drinks and serve alcohol. Complimentary popcorn. Lots of TVs for watching sports. Can't wait to go back!

We showed up on New Years Eve which happened to be Trivia Night as well. The service was great as well as the food. I got steak this time and it was cooked like I asked and it tasted wonderful. Trivia was really fun and we won! We will go back for sure!

I had the fish sandwich. The breading was overcooked & terribly greasy. I did take the breading off, it still did not taste good. I asked for tartar sauce, it was just mayo! The onion rings were overcooked & greasy too! My husband said his hamburger was ok. He had to eat it open face, very messy! His onion rings were overcooked and greasy also. One thing we were not told was that there was an up charge for the onion rings. We were in Muncie meeting family, first time there, probably the last time!

Fries were fantastic! Cesar salad was a 4, Ruben was ok. Service was friendly but she need more traing on how to communicate. She didn't tell us the specials so we were unaware until after we ordered. We had to ask what the soup of the day was. Also when ordering we weren't told side came with the meal. As a restaurant manage I fully trained waters and waitresses how to communicate. Not her fault bad management traing. For the price food needs to be better quality. The fries are fantastic! Next time I may just order fries.

This is a chill place with a great location—I love the vibe here! They have a great selection of burgers, sandwiches, and beers. The staff was friendly, and the food delivered: the burgers were awesome! Make sure you get the sides; the fries and tots were particularly good. Highly recommend for a relaxed meal.
