I usually swing by Ruby Tuesday about twice a week without any trouble. But today, November 22, 2025, I ran into a few hiccups. When I walked in, it was quite busy, but there were still booths and tables available, even the bar since it was empty. I usually don’t sit at the bar anyway. The hostess was friendly until I mentioned it was just me. He repeated what I said, and I agreed. He then huffed and took me to my table. I sat there for a few minutes until the same guy came up and asked something, but I couldn’t hear him because a crying child was sitting right next to me. He huffed and said, “Your server is really busy, what would you like?” I told him what I wanted, and he asked if I wanted the salad bar too, which I did. My order was delivered by someone else, and I said thank you! My steak was awful. It wasn’t cooked the way I asked; it was way too red. No one came by to check if it was done right. I ended up eating it anyway. I was out of my drink, so I waited a few minutes, and my server asked if I needed anything else, and I said I’d like another Coke. He brought it to me. A little later, my server asked if I wanted dessert, and I told him no. He asked if I had any coupon codes, and I showed him my phone with the discount code. He came back and asked if I was paying by cash or card, and I said card. He told me to put my card in the machine and showed me how to use it, which I already knew, and then walked away while I was still eating. I paid my bill, and he came back and said, “Have a good day!” I grabbed my jacket and cellphone and walked out. As I was leaving, the hostess who greeted me said, “Have a great day,” and I continued walking out. I was so upset that I didn’t say anything to him. I go here twice a week, and this is the first time I’ve had this experience. I might have to find a new favorite restaurant now. I always leave a generous tip, but I didn’t this time because I wasn’t given the proper service and I wasn’t finished eating before I was told to pay and have a great day when the server walked away.

Great salad bar & food! Plus, service was awesome! Izzy took wonderful care of us and made sure to recommend some of the new dishes to us as well! We had fun trying them and ended up actually really enjoying them! Perfect place for a quick but really delicious meal for your weekdays! 😊

This is my favorite place to have healthy food then a tasty entree. Every time I come by this place the manager is working and he was super friendly and Thanked me for coming by today. The manager and staff all deserve a patt on the back for great service, great food and always super friendly.
