I've been coming here off and on for a few years now and I have to say that today was the worst impression I've had. But I have only ate inside a couple times before today, it was usually take out. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and didn't realize it had mozzarella cheese sticks on it, well the person who waited on us noticed I didn't seem happy and asked what he could do. We asked if they could just make a new one with out the cheese sticks and he said that that's just the way they come. I'm sorry but I know they aren't premade sandwiches, they make them when you order. Basically he didn't want to to correct anything but he ended up bringing me a piece of cheese to take home and put on the sandwich and try to fix it at home myself. I hate to say it but I don't think I will be coming back.

Small place. Luckily we got there before the rush because people were standing and waiting for tables. The prices are cheap for food. Food is good—not the best I've ever had, but I was satisfied for the price. While my party wasn't impressed with the waitress and personality, it was fine for me. Kinda busy so I get it. Probably a good place for people who love ale, but I doubt I'll go back. It just wasn't what I was looking for. Again, personal preference.

Popped in for dinner. Ordered chicken wings and requested all flats. Server said that she would see what they could do. When my wings come to the table…..I got all drumsticks. I would normally not care and wouldn’t be writing this if I had at least some flats. But when it is all drums and not a single flat……

Cool little dive bar type of place. Its apparently very popular, plenty of customers on a cold Monday night. I had a rueben, Cajun fries, and a beer. Prices are all great. Lots of cool things to look at, a few tvs, and a pool table. I can see why people would love this little place!

My husband and I have gone to Savages plenty of times and have always enjoyed the food, drinks and service, however we had a really bad experience with a waitress there and will probably never go back. My husband and I both have worked plenty of food service and customer service jobs in our lives so no matter where we eat we leave at least a 15% tip, and we went in there on our usual Friday night and were demanded why we never tip them. Had not ordered, had not received menus, not even a we will be right with, nothing like the usual. The waitress yelled at us in the restaurant from across the way and demanded why we don't tip them, stated it was their lively hood that depended on them (the staff) and that we were being rude and not good customers, which caused every single person to stare at us in the establishment. We were confused and ended up leaving without even ordering, and have not gone back since. Tips are not mandatory, they are earned and to yell at customers who actually ALWAYS tip was crazy!
