Chill vibes, great music, AMAZING prices. But most impressively, they have the BEST vegan chicken I've ever had. The texture is 🤌🤌🤌 unparalleled. I genuinely don't think you can tell much of a difference between this and actual chicken. Pictured is the buffalo chicken wrap with the vegan chicken replacement. Look at that TEXTURE.

Stopped in for lunch and was not disappointed! The bartender was beautiful and friendly, and the food was on point. Would recommend to anyone.

I go to Savage's often. One of the best establishments in Muncie. Great selection of beers. From the burgers, wraps, sandwiches, chicken tenders, I've never had something I don't like. Great music selection, fun art on the walls.

However, there is one thing that subtracts from my Savage's experience, and that is a particular server. Forgets to bring stuff to the table that was ordered, shrill, dismissive, and rude. I know multiple people who have complained about her. She is the one thing that makes me hesitate to return to Savage's.

Had a business lunch here on a Tuesday around midday.

Place wasn't very busy, got service pretty quickly. Drinks were brought quickly, missing Coke Zero, but other Coke products were available.
5 people's orders took a surprisingly long time to come to the table, nothing too complicated.

Food was good when it came though, and can't fault the service otherwise. I had the BBQ bacon burger and the sauce and burger was very tasty. It was on toast, which was strange, but didn't impact the taste negatively.

Would go back. Sandwiches can be ordered as wraps.

Oh man, this place is great. Super curation of the beer lists, $2 PBR, old bar, great room. Food looks good. Has a genuine feel to it, none of the hipster touches feel contrived, it's organic and has heart. Love this place.

Best bar and restaurant in Muncie, hands down. A muncie burger, onion rings, and a chuck berry are the best treat after a long day.

Vegetarian options: Veggie based chicken tenders and nuggets. You can even put the fake chicken in their wraps like the buffalo chicken- so good.

In the past I've raved to people and praised savages BLT. The last few my wife and I have had have been sub par. 4 half pieces of bacon per half of sandwich in not bragging material. Savages will meet the same fate of elm st. If they continue to neglect the quality of the food they serve. Hope things get back to the quality of the past.

The best bar in Muncie and it's not even close. I moved out of the area over a decade ago and I really miss going there.
