They suck at customer service!!! I asked for oat milk n they gave me nasty ole cow milk after I told them I can't drink that now I'm in my bathroom fighting for my life they suck!!!!!!!!! N I pray my ancestors give that trick who gave me cow milk what she deserves for messing around with my drink n health! Period

I ordered coffee, paid $11 for two grande drinks. One was coffee, the other one was chocolate. Somehow, they managed to make the chocolate taste like coffee, didn't add what I asked for, they burned both drinks. Gas station coffee tastes better and it's not as expensive. Completely dissatisfied

We ordered 2 Venti drinks and we were given a grande and a venti. When telling the girl at the drive thru, she said it was because one was double stacked. In the picture I took the other cup out to prove they were not both venti. I’m not sure how the employee can even argue this. Do better.

Im so tired of ordering $9-$10 coffee and getting a half a cup of coffee and a half cup of ice. Im buying me an espresso machine today. No more a this….door dash gives an option on half of their drinks to get ice or not and even if you choose no ice they fill it full anyway. I had an empty chick fill a cup from dinner last night and i dipped out all the ice that should not be in this drink. You can see its bs.

The staff at this location are super warm and friendly in an authentic kind of way. It can get busy but I give the staff a lot of grace because they are so warm. The parking lot is tiny and if you come at a super busy tike you might get trapped by the line of cars. I highly recommend this location over the one in muncie
