Did a drive up mobile order. They were busy and I sat in line until my turn. At the drive-thru window. They could not find my order. Rather than continue to hold up the line I went around and parked. This was no easy feat in itself because the parking lot is too small for this facility. Had to go inside which defeats using the mobile order. Showed the barista the order which I would have done in the drive-thru. However, the person was unable to instruct me how to find it. I hadn't had to do that before. When they found the order they simply thanked me and sent me on my way. An apology for the difficulty would have been appreciated.

They taste good, but after finding out what all is in their drinks I can't buy them anymore. SO very unhealthy. And it drives me crazy that every Starbucks in town didn't take into account their drive thru line. They know that their lines get really long, yet they always build at intersections with a line extending out into traffic. When you need to turn down one of those roads to go home (like myself) it can truly be infuriating when you can't because people seem to think they need their coffee that badly that it's ok to block traffic

Parking: Drive through is very busy, but the inside is very nice.
They are always very friendly and prompt with making mobile orders. Every time I step inside, I'm welcome with a greeting. This location is clean and the bathrooms are as well. The atmosphere is very nice.

The quality of ingredients could definitely be better, for instance the chocolate sauce is corn syrup and multiple preservatives. The prices are high for the low quality ingredients, but you'll have that with big chains that spend most of their money on marketing and not ingredients. Limited seating for the traffic they get, but they have a couple nice chairs. Nice, but very busy employees.Kid-friendliness: Not for children
