Always love stopping by here when I pass by Muncie and want something quick to eat. I will say sometimes the workers can take a minute to actually show up if it's not busy but, when they show up they are usually very quick making your order and giving reasonable amounts onto it. Besides the possible wait I really have no issue.

It’s 2-5 minutes away from where I’m stating.. I did a pickup order of chicken with pepper jack, toasted. Got home sub was not toasted. So I ‘toasted’ it. Was mad. But whatever get to eating it. And the cheese tasted werid. They gave me the wrong cheese. And I always tip when ordering. Use to be hit or miss here. Go to other subways. In town.

Had door dash order tonight. When we received our food it was nasty. A hair in one of the subs plus was suppose to be turkey but looked like they ran out of turkey and put ham on it. The second sub was mostly red onions and very little chicken. Total waste of money plus will probably be sick tomorrow. I hope you get shut down and I’m going try and get it done.

Worst sandwich ever I got a footllong flat bread the bread was really hard they could have added more than what they gave me on my sandwich I ask them to toast they must have not done it long since my bacon was cold wasn’t warm at all when I got home and open it my sandwich was sloppy and I waited like 30 minutes for a simple sandwich
Boyfriend went tonight and was at the counter 20 minutes with no one in line. 2 people behind the counter talking and another outside; 6:00-6:20pm the drive thru bell rang and one of them said they weren’t dealing with that tonight and they didn’t answer it. The guy came in from outside and stood and talked.

This has to be one of, if not, the worst store in the franchise. I order a Philly and get a Steak & Cheese. I ask for double meat & cheese and get single. I ask for light condiments and my sandwich is drenched. It will, sometimes, take up to 15 minutes in the Drive Thru and, yet, I'm the only car and, the store is empty. Too bad there isn't a rating lower than 1.
