This was the worst Subway ever! They shorted our order. Made the sandwich a combo and didn't get the chips! Salad was incorrect. Called and spoke to the RUDEST guy ever. Was told no manager available.
I live right around the corner and they stay closing early 😂 they just decide when they wanna cut it- went to the drive thru tonight and just sat there like an idiot so I finally said uh yall closing early she said yeah over the speaker phone and I was like woulda been cool of yall to say something because you are suppose to still be open for another 15 min lol

Came in for mobile order and food was missing they then claimed that didn’t have a ticket for it and started a new order then this younger teen girl claims my food is done and then gets crappy with me when it’s wrong .Then messes up two more order of subs .Worst exsperience iv had this branch is the worst in town.

This location is so awesome it’s clean the bathrooms was clean I was impressed with the store over all my sandwich maker name was Renee she was so patient with me I was indecisive and she just took her time.. all my ingredients was fresh I was even given a free water it was so hot out.. there was a few other staff members outside of Renee and everyone was so nice and polite my sandwich was absolutely incredible new fav place for sure.. not stingy with the toppings at all!!! Way to go sub Mart!!!🙌🏾🫶🏾

Zero stars is want they rate. Refused to remake a sub after they messed it up. Refused refund also thankfully I used a charge card and was able to dispute the charge. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION...

Yes, I know we had a massive storm come through and knock out power to thousands of people. I am one of them, I ordered online for a pick up order, I received a notification online that my order was ready to be picked up. I arrived there and had to wait 20 minutes later. One employee gave an angry tone that they were busy. If my order wasn't ready to be picked up, why did I get that notification? Next time, leave your frustration at the door before you clock in. There's alot of people in customer service helping others!

Subway is a great spot for a fresh and custom meal. The ingredients are always fresh, and you can build your sandwich exactly the way you want it. The staff is friendly and quick, making it an easy choice for lunch or dinner when you are on the go. The restaurant is clean and well organized. They do a good job of keeping everything stocked. Whether it is a classic sub or one of their signature sandwiches, Subway always delivers a satisfying meal.

I got a 6 inch spicy Italian. The sandwich keeps getting shorter and it was $7.55. The staff is not welcoming.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Rude, unfriendly, and even got my order wrong even though I did a mobile order. NOT very friendly, such as giving me attitude when I nicely asked for my drink that I had ordered online. Broke my cookie when I nicely reminded her about it. I understand it is stressful to work in the food industry but never have I ever experienced such horrible service as I did today. I will make the extra drive to go to a different subway.

Absolutely the worst Subway location in Muncie. Paid for a delivery order that never arrived. Phone number on Google and website isn't right. Had to call corporate to get the correct number. Called location and no one answered repeatedly. Finally get through and the associate was rude, claimed it wasn't her problem, yelled, and hung up on me. Result was no food and no refund.This is not the first time I have had issue with the location, but this was the worst issue, and absolutely the last. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY Subway location that isn't this one.
Drive in Microphone was turned off. Drove around building twice and even drove up to the window and honked my truck horn. Still, no one responded. I was trying to get my daughter and myself dinner that day. I just parked in front and walked with my daughter. I asked if the drive thru was closed, but the two girls were rude and tried to blame it on the new hire. Another girl was rude again and said we were working on online orders. That's why the drive thru microphone was off. Then, the manager decided to show up. I asked her if the the drive thru was closed because the microphone was off. She said, "Let me check she went back, checked, and turned the microphone. Her answer to me was I don't know why that was off. Anyway, they mess up on both sandwiches. I am very disappointed in the bad customer service the manager and the two rude girls should be written up or fired.

A coworker and I on our lunch today decided on subway, we chose the location with the drive through off of McGalliard. When we pulled up the speaker our order was taken instantly, the only good part of our experience. Then we ended up waiting in line between ordering and receiving our food 30 MINUTES. Did not receive our receipt whenever we paid at the first window, and when we finally pulled up the second window we watched as the two workers inside prioritized the inside orders for the majority of our 30 minute wait. There was no contact made from a worker or management during this time. Once we finally received our food, 1 footlong blt and 1 6inch outlaw sandwich double toasted, it was almost nasty. The BLT bacon was not heated at all and the sandwich itself wasn’t toasted either. The outlaw sandwich had been toasted but by the time it was received and eaten (not even 10 minutes) it was cold. Both sandwiches had barely any toppings or sauce. Will not be returning to this subway, have filed a corporate complaint, and will be telling others about my experience to deter them from this location. Absolutely unacceptable service and quality of food.

3pm on a Saturday. I wanted a sub. I only had a $50 bill and the cashier kid refused my money!????!!!! Are you kidding me? I might understand if it was the end of the day or dark... but it's the middle of the afternoon on a weekend.. SUBWAY, YOU have lost my business. I know that till had enough change to break my $50. Kid didn't even try to verify if the bill was legit. Just said I can't take a $50 for a $9.55 order. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Bet the next food place i try to spend 10 of my 50 WILL ACCEPT IT!!!
