I order online well today I ordered online and I get same thing I always get cold cut combo footlong I waited until the app said it was ready then I went to Subway to pick it up once there come to find out they didn't even make my order so I had to wait 15 mins to get my Sandwich finally made what do I get my sandwich and a fake apology nothing else so I think this will be my last time going to this location there was 2 people working at this Subway no single soul was in line I can go to Subway in Montpelier I know it take one person to knock out 30 orders before one hour passes by

Whenever we put an online order in, we get the nastiest sandwiches! It’s not just once, it’s time and time again. If I ask for any condiments, the entire sandwich becomes a ‘mayo’ sandwich. It’s a luxury to be able to go out to eat and it just sucks when your food is so bad you can’t eat it.

The prices were high the spker would not work and the food was wrong not to mention they had to overhaul our order because the worker could the difference between bottled water and cuped water

Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes and they still hadn’t even taken the car’s order in front of me— I pulled out and went to Jimmy John’s, got my order in a few minutes

this place is a effing joke you set in line at the drive-through for 10 minutes not to be told that they’re not taking orders through drive-through no sign no nothing, so then you go inside you don’t get greeted with the hello but a dirty look. No I’ll be with you in a moment or anything, even though they looked at you 12 times. and then when you are recognized, it’s what can I get you in a hateful mood I tell them I need two salad bowls, and the boy just acted like it broke his heart that he was gonna have to turn around and get a bowl, well they had one bowl, and just moped around looking for another bowl. "OK well let me go ahead and make you this first bowl" is what I was told so he made the first one then they have no lid for the salad,so they try to wrap it in plastic cling and couldn’t even get that to work. Then to make a sandwich that also was gonna kill them because the bread that I wanted was in the back so they had to go get it and bring it up, I’ve never seen someone so slow but this place has 2 of them. The money that I just spent there??I’d rather see Subway burn down than to ever spend another penny there very disappointed.

They are usually slow through the drive thru but today was the kicker! Waited behind a car for 15 minutes and when I pulled up to the speaker she asked me to wait. 7 minutes later I started saying 'hello?' to remind her I was still waiting on her and no one answered. I went ahead and left and there wasn't even a car at the window!! Done with waiting on this place...

Excellent in store service, employees worked exceedingly well under the pressure of a moderately long line. Making every customer feel very welcomed and cared for from the time I entered until the time I left. Excellent service and great care taken for my overall experience.

Had my two kids with me so I went through the drive through. Ordered 2 foot long subs and when we got home, both subs were on the wrong bread. One sub had barely any toppings (even though extra toppings were asked for) and the other had no cheese (even though we asked for cheese). I called them and let them know. They said "do you want to bring it back in and we will remake it?" I said I have two kids I'd rather not get back out of the house in the cold, and asked to be credited for next time. They said they can't do anything for me and would only refund or remake if I drove back in with the sandwiches. Even though it was not my fault. Even though I didn't make the error. It was my problem, not theirs. Human error is 100% acceptable, but it's also expected to make it right for the customer. If you can't be trusted to make the food correctly or put the customer first when you DO make a mistake, then close your drive through. That way the customer can watch your every move and call you out to make sure you don't mess up. Otherwise, don't bother going to subway (at least the drive through) unless you want to sit at the window and tear open the paper and ensure your food is right. My mistake. We will never go here again. Way to go, Subway.

Me and my husband just got done eating there they guy who was making our food was rude and the food was still cold after being toasted I will not eat there again ? I don't recommend this subway to my worst

Placed an online order and picked it up in the drive-through. The place was dead, but they made us wait at the speaker for 5 minutes while they finished their conversation. Then, we pull up to the window, and the woman hands it out with a scowl. I said thank you, and she said nothing... this one needs new employees. Makes you feel like not eating it. I won't be back.
