This location has consistently provided me the very best sandwiches of any sub shop i have ever been to, and I've tried them all. The team members are always very friendly, they work quickly and efficiently, and I've never seen them make a mistake in my experience of ordering from here. Whoever is in charge of training has done this company great justice, because the quality of the food, service, and the level of cleanliness is outstanding! I am seriously impressed. If aliens landed at my front door and asked me to take them to my leader, I would bring them right here!

My boyfriend came in to get us some food and absolutely raved over Aries and Samantha. Their customer service was amazing; they were so nice, helpful, and friendly. Our subs that they made were the absolute best subs we have ever gotten from Subway. Whenever we are in Muncie and want Subway, we will be going here and hoping one of them is working. 😊
They should be getting a raise or some sort of bonus because we’ve been eating Subway for 20 years and have never had a better sub than the subs they made. Plus their customer service made it even better.

I had a great experience at Subway today thanks to Chris. He was super friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in, and he made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. You could tell he really cared about doing a good job, and his positive attitude made the whole visit way better than I expected. It’s not every day you meet someone who can turn a quick sandwich stop into such a good experience, but Chris definitely did.

I walked into Subway just expecting a sandwich, but instead, I walked out with a life changing experience thanks to Chris Lopez. This kid isn’t just making sandwiches he’s crafting edible masterpieces with the precision of a surgeon and the passion of a mariachi band.

Chris didn’t just ask me what bread I wantedhe gazed into my soul and knew. He piled on the lettuce like he was laying down fresh grass on the field of dreams, sprinkled cheese as if it were confetti at my birthday party, and toasted that sandwich with the confidence of someone who knows they’re creating greatness.

When I asked for extra mayo, he didn’t judge me he respected me. That’s real customer service right there.

If Subway ever makes a Hall of Fame, Chris deserves the first plaque. Five stars. I’d give him six if I could.

After ordering my foot long sub, I was told this particular sub did not qualify for the coupon (after they already made the sandwich) . I asked why? The clerk told me that they cannot be giving away free meat! I told her to forget it, & I wonder how much they charged the trash can for it?!?!

I order online well today I ordered online and I get same thing I always get cold cut combo footlong I waited until the app said it was ready then I went to Subway to pick it up once there come to find out they didn't even make my order so I had to wait 15 mins to get my Sandwich finally made what do I get my sandwich and a fake apology nothing else so I think this will be my last time going to this location there was 2 people working at this Subway no single soul was in line I can go to Subway in Montpelier I know it take one person to knock out 30 orders before one hour passes by

Whenever we put an online order in, we get the nastiest sandwiches! It’s not just once, it’s time and time again. If I ask for any condiments, the entire sandwich becomes a ‘mayo’ sandwich. It’s a luxury to be able to go out to eat and it just sucks when your food is so bad you can’t eat it.

The prices were high the spker would not work and the food was wrong not to mention they had to overhaul our order because the worker could the difference between bottled water and cuped water

this place is a effing joke you set in line at the drive-through for 10 minutes not to be told that they’re not taking orders through drive-through no sign no nothing, so then you go inside you don’t get greeted with the hello but a dirty look. No I’ll be with you in a moment or anything, even though they looked at you 12 times. and then when you are recognized, it’s what can I get you in a hateful mood I tell them I need two salad bowls, and the boy just acted like it broke his heart that he was gonna have to turn around and get a bowl, well they had one bowl, and just moped around looking for another bowl. "OK well let me go ahead and make you this first bowl" is what I was told so he made the first one then they have no lid for the salad,so they try to wrap it in plastic cling and couldn’t even get that to work. Then to make a sandwich that also was gonna kill them because the bread that I wanted was in the back so they had to go get it and bring it up, I’ve never seen someone so slow but this place has 2 of them. The money that I just spent there??I’d rather see Subway burn down than to ever spend another penny there very disappointed.
