They are usually slow through the drive thru but today was the kicker! Waited behind a car for 15 minutes and when I pulled up to the speaker she asked me to wait. 7 minutes later I started saying 'hello?' to remind her I was still waiting on her and no one answered. I went ahead and left and there wasn't even a car at the window!! Done with waiting on this place...

Excellent in store service, employees worked exceedingly well under the pressure of a moderately long line. Making every customer feel very welcomed and cared for from the time I entered until the time I left. Excellent service and great care taken for my overall experience.

Had my two kids with me so I went through the drive through. Ordered 2 foot long subs and when we got home, both subs were on the wrong bread. One sub had barely any toppings (even though extra toppings were asked for) and the other had no cheese (even though we asked for cheese). I called them and let them know. They said "do you want to bring it back in and we will remake it?" I said I have two kids I'd rather not get back out of the house in the cold, and asked to be credited for next time. They said they can't do anything for me and would only refund or remake if I drove back in with the sandwiches. Even though it was not my fault. Even though I didn't make the error. It was my problem, not theirs. Human error is 100% acceptable, but it's also expected to make it right for the customer. If you can't be trusted to make the food correctly or put the customer first when you DO make a mistake, then close your drive through. That way the customer can watch your every move and call you out to make sure you don't mess up. Otherwise, don't bother going to subway (at least the drive through) unless you want to sit at the window and tear open the paper and ensure your food is right. My mistake. We will never go here again. Way to go, Subway.

Me and my husband just got done eating there they guy who was making our food was rude and the food was still cold after being toasted I will not eat there again ? I don't recommend this subway to my worst

Placed an online order and picked it up in the drive-through. The place was dead, but they made us wait at the speaker for 5 minutes while they finished their conversation. Then, we pull up to the window, and the woman hands it out with a scowl. I said thank you, and she said nothing... this one needs new employees. Makes you feel like not eating it. I won't be back.

They gave us the wrong sandwiches. They were made wrong. Made sloppy. Ppl were rude as hell. Threw a fit when they had to make it over again. Overall was horrible!!!!!!!!

Went to this subway for the first time & the food was great! It was fresh & hot and had everything I wanted at a perfect portion size. I will say they are a little unorganized, but that can be improved! Overall the food was great

I went to this location about a month ago. I sat in the drive for 40 minutes! That is about my whole lunch break. I thought I would try again today. Sat at the speaker for about 20 minutes (the guy working said he would be right with me when I first pulled up but never said anything else.) and left. The car behind me left also. That kind of service (more like lack of) is ridiculous! Resturants are charging more for less product and horrible service.

I ordered on the subway app. When I got my food i was missing several items. when i told the store all they would say was to contact doordash, I ORDERED through the SUBWAY app not doordash, they don't give an option on the app to report problems except through subway not through the delivery app. when i went in to complain and ask for the missing two items they told me that i had to get different items then i ordered because it would mess up their inventory if i got them. when the subway district manager emailed me, they told me the camera showed them putting the stuff in the delivery bin, BUT didn't tell me if the people had actually picked up the items and left them their or kept them nor did they tell me how to contact doordash to complain and fix the issue. In summary they need to fix the ordering app and if not using their own delivery drivers they need to have a good method for contacting whichever delivery service they use to fix the problems with delivery. All I wanted was the items i ordered in the form i ordered them.

The drive thru is tough to make the first window in a pickup truck. Also I am not sure the drive thru speaker works all that well. We sat there for a few minutes until someone acknowledged us.

There was 3 people working on e was doing his job and the other two were yelling at each other like crack heads. We made a mobile order and we're 12 minutes early and they were extremely rude. Our order was completely messed up the sandwich's were wrong and had vegetables all over them. We also were there for 15 minutes after our order was supposed to be ready. They served several people in front of us my dad is completely gas lit and this horrible experience will be reported
